We had our family Christmas at Market Street last night Food fabulous n service was excellent n atmosphere fantastic. Our son was in from MI. First time in long time since we saw him. It was very special since he had horrendous stroke in 2022 n is now in wheelchair. Thanks again for making our evening wonderful. Merry Christmas from the Harrison family.

Quick great food friendly servers never a bad experience

Decided to surprise my brother with lunch today with Mama, since I haven't been here before was recommended by my 2 brothers who have both been here before. So we were seated quickly, the waitress got our drinks, took me & mom a few minutes to decide on what we wanted, menu had a nice selection of food, since we're weren't sure on what we wanted so mom & I both decided on their cheeseburgers & fries my brother went with the cheesesteak which looked real nice. The cheeseburger was cooked to perfection people say you can't cook a cheeseburger well done & be juicy, it'll be too dry, I beg to differ it was juicy as can be, you can tell it wasn't a premade patty, seasoned nicely, the fries were great also. My brother said his cheesesteak was awesome, next time that's what I'm going to order & try it for myself, the portions were huge, fries were enough for 2 on 1 platter, my brother decided to get the soup & salad bar which looked nice a variety of items. I wish I knew the waitresses name, she kept checking on all of her customers making sure they were satisfied & drinks were filled without asking us which is a plus for me those are little details that are missed by a lot of other servers at other restaurants even though it's her job she did it well, I'll look for her next time I'm there. Very close and convenient restaurant with good food and friendly staff. Waitress today was so kind. She stopped by regularly making sure our coffe was filled and asking id we needed anything. Very homey atmosphere. Will definitely come back.

Unfortunately I didn't snap the photos before we started eating. The food was great. My daughter had the French toast meal, which she loved. I had the chicken and waffles. I can only explain the chicken as biting into a cloud, it was moist, soft inside & crispy outside and just downright delicious and prepared wonderfully. I had my daughter take a bite to make sure it wasn't just my imagination, she said my description was fitting.

I went again to market street. The actually HAVE a salad bar a major bonus. I found the chicken fried steak is hand breaded which is incredible and quite tasty. I still want someone to include a salad bar w an afternoon breakfast. Let's not forget super server Lisa. The menu was diverse and they have a salad bar. The service has been good consistently. The food is very good but not superb, but it is what it says it is. No pretension which is a nice change of pace. If you want all day breakfast you can get it there, too.

My experience with this place is if you order off the menu it is fantastic just don't order from the specials menu via written on a board. Only thing I didn't care for off the regular menu was the Chicken parm because the sauce had no flavor just tomato sauce. However the chicken was great, fresh and juicy. The pasta was good also. I like this place it is one of my hang outs for now as long as they stay consistent.
