Quick service and food was prepared correctly! Landscaping looked great and the inside was neat and clean! Even though I tried to give the cashier a hard time she maintained her professionalism! Worth the 5 stars
Service was great when I dined here with my family. I left my phone and a worker named Carrie called me to let me know. I tried to give her some money but she refused! I wish the management gives her a raise! This was on 8/13/2023. Honesty should be rewarded. Restaurant was clean and our orders were done fast and done correctly!
I go to this McDonald’s quite frequently and the staff is always great. Morning or night weekends or weekdays. They’re always friendly and attentive. Even the younger kids that work here do a great job!
By far the best McDonald's around! Clean lobby, and bathrooms. Friendly and fast service!! All that McDonald's use to be when we loved it you, you'll find at this one 💖
Food is the same as it's always been. It's really good, yet horrible for you, so I try to stay away for my health, lol...
But, what I was impressed with was the service you get. No more getting your own drinks, Napkins, etc... they bring it to you!!! This particular location had a "leather type" couch in it. It really is "classed up" as far as a McDonalds could be...VERY impressed, will return! ;)
I ordered a large fry today was given a medium by mistake. When I went through the line again to get a replacement Olivia (the manager) was so sweet and had such an amazing attitude. She got my order to me quickly and with a smile!! Ive never had such an amazing experience at McDonald’s before I will definitely be dining in soon!! I wish i could give all the stars in the world!! Thank you Olivia for being such a sweetheart!!

Four of us went to McDonald's for coffee. The workers are very pleasant and don't mind taking an order at the counter.
It’s a McDonald’s. What do you expect? They get your order right most of the time compared to other locations. The Big Mac is a culinary masterpiece

This McDonald's is so fancy looking. There are vases with artificial flowers in the center of the tables. It's all updated and brand new. The employees were friendly and the food was good. No complaints.
It was eye opening. I visited the McDonald's on Andrews in Mentor on the Lake. Had not set foot inside a McDonald's in years. This place has a very nice decor with a chill ambiance. The staff was professional, attentive and efficient. Entering the lobby, I was greeted with a welcome. When I left, someone piped up thank you for coming. Kiosk allows you to enter your order and pay. Wasn't quite sure how to operate this to get the order I wanted so after stepping to the counter, a very pleasant young woman who I presumed to be a manager, took my order "old school" with no judgement. The lobby is open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Yes, the food met my expectations, and they got my order right the first time. 👍🏾💜👍🏾
