About a month ago, I left a bad review because I had a terrible experience about lunchtime, and was not very pleased with my experience... I've deleted my horrible review, and have now updated my thoughts on this restaurant. We went during breakfast before going to work. We are always in a hurry going to work because of the heat, and with my previous experience I did not want to come here... but this particular day my husband and boys wanted to come here. My service was excellent! Mrs. Chantal Mccaleb was our cashier, she was super helpful, quick, and so very sweet. It was a delightful experience, and I am pretty sure the owner was there at this moment, everyone was on there best behavior it seemed, but was still comfortable to be themselves. I loved the atmosphere, everything was SUPER CLEAN and the food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We all got the Angus burritos/biscuit, and I got the loaded omelet burrito, it was fresh, hot, and out very quickly, and it was BROUGHT TO OUR TABLE! I was beyond proud of the increase, and hopefully my previous experience was just bad timing, and a bad day which we ALL have. I just pride on customer service growing up in restaurants and having a family owned store, its something that I pet peave about more than the quality of the food. If the service isn't excellent, I could care less about the food. We will be going to hardees to enjoy this amazing experience more frequently, and showing our appreciation to the hard working people there! Thank you guys!

This place is the best. There was a horrible wreck and they were helping to make sure people had water and food and offered the space for people who needed it. This place is beyond first class!!!!
