My husband and I just enjoyed a lovely meal at Everest. The food was excellent, flavorful, hot, and served with a smile. The service was top notch. We enjoyed a chicken and eggplant dish, an okra dish, and mo mo (dumplings). We're so happy to have this restaurant in town!

MMMMMMMMMM, we just ordered food from here. One of the better Indian places in this area. Would highly recommend! The food was soooooo flavorful and delicious. We ordered the Chicken Biryani and Chicken Tikka Masala. There were so many nice surprises in the Biryani (raisons, scallions) that really added to this dish. You will not be disappointed! Can't wait to try more of the menu options.

If you're looking for an authentic culinary experience, you must try this new restaurant in South Bellmore. Modern decor, extra nice wait staff and most importantly, great food. Highly recommend!

It was a busy Mother's Day evening. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but they were polite as always and the food was wonderful.

This is only and first Nepali cuisine in Long Island New York. Once you try the authentic flavor of the Himalayas with different herbs and spices you will definitely love it.

Had the chicken momo dumplings and the lamb korma. So amazing and delicious and juicy and tender for both dishes. Dining in is only from 5pm on. They have takeout orders all day. This establishment is small so please be mindful and don't bring a group over 4 people.

Very highly recommended! A small, unpretentious but nicely appointed restaurant. The staff is welcoming and happy to explain the dishes on the menu and adjust dishes to desired levels of spice heat. The menu is expansive but not overwhelming, and offers an impressive array of Nepali and Tibetan dishes not easily found without venturing into New York City. Reservations are a good idea, as the restaurant is small; the staff are happy to accommodate. It is best to go on a weeknight, as weekends can get crowded, but Everest is ALWAYS a top, unique choice for those coming from anywhere on or around Long Island.

Naan options are great. Especially oregano garlic naan. Spice levels are good if you enjoy spicy levels. Veg momos with hot sauce is great. Try with 911 sauce (separate order). I was served chicken momos by mistake but they themselves identified and changed immediately before I ate.

Very nice family owned business with really friendly staff. Food was really delicious and atmosphere was warm and inviting. Momo is a must try. (They are hand made in the kitchen by the staff.) You can choose your spiciness level. Mango lassi was just right for the taste bud and chicken chilli was amazing!!! A must visit Nepali Restaurant.

What a wonderful restaurant! The food is delicious. You definitely want to try the Momos--delicious little dumplings. Every bite was worth having, and everyone was so gracious. They helped us make choices that we all loved. We will definitely be going back.

I thought the food here was great. The servers were very pleasant. I started off with the garlic naan. I had Bhanta Ra Kukhura which is eggplant and boneless chicken with Nepalese spices. It was very good. They give you as much rice as you want. The best thing is it's byob but there is a $10 corking fee which is still cheaper than buying drinks there.

I love coming across new gems and this was definitely one of them! I have never before been to a restaurant that managed to balance spice and flavor so perfectly. My mom and I have no limit when it comes to spice, but usually when requesting “very spicy” at other restaurants, they a) throw on a bunch of crushed pepper and call it a day, or b) completely mask the flavor of the dish with an abundance of spice. At Everest, you’re asked on a scale if 1-10 how spicy you’d like to go, starting at 0. We went with 5, and omg it was p e r f e c t. I must have said at least 20 times how impressed I was. Personally, I might go 6 or 7 next time, but a 5 was the perfect balance between spice and flavor. Literally amazing. Service - it’s a small restaurant and our server was very attentive to our needs. He forgot about my brother’s mango lassi to be honest, but after that he made sure to stay around and would refill our waters as soon as the glass was nearing empty, as well as make sure we had everything we needed. In terms of the food, the chicken tikka and malai kofta were my favorites. Take the classic chicken tikka and throw in a little more flavor and spice! And the malai kofta, I can’t even explain. Ya’ll just gotta go try it for yourself hehe. We also got chicken achari and a handful of breads and apps. No complaints with any of them (although the momos were overshadowed by how good the rest of the food was tbh). But all in all, yes I recommend this place x1000. We’d probably be regulars if we lived closer.

Incredible! This place is a gem! I didn't know what to expect, it blew me away. Service was so friendly, and the food was exquisite. It is my new favorite. Perfect portions. Well prepared. Served with style. Tasty and satisfying. Great for an evening with the significant other, and for lunch. Casual but with a upscale feel. I loved it.

What a nice cute place! Food was so yummy... we shared 4 different dishes and none of us could decide which one was better... we tried the Indian beers they have, instead of our traditional... gladly surprised! Good service. Totally recommend this restaurant... we will be back!!!

I have been to probably every Indian spot around the NYC/Long Island area and have searched far and low for good Indian food so I can proudly and confidently say that hands down this place has some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had in my life! The ingredients are so fresh and so exotic that you can totally tell the chef really has a passion for what he/she does. The spices, herbs and ingredients this restaurant uses to come up with each and every single one of their dishes is like no other, it’s truly an art that this place has mastered. I give this place a 10/10, truly a gem of a restaurant!

Fantastic. The food is consistently some of the best I have, the staff are attentive and always polite, and the pricing is very reasonable. I always enjoy the experience, and everyone I've taken has very well agreed, so far. They offer a lunch special which is near-perfect: an excellent portion size for lunch (that's not to say too small), soup, and naan. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys at least a bit of hot spice, but still appreciates exquisite flavours.

Been 3 times to this extremely friendly and excellent restaurant. Each time has been a really nice experience. The staff is really friendly and tonight the owner spoke to us for a while and you could hear from his tone, he is all about getting Long Islanders to get to know and experience a different and excellent cuisine. My wife had the Tandoori shrimp, came out sizzling and was excellent. I started with the Himalayan vegetable soup. Really tasty and I'm sure healthy, but that is not why iI ordered it. Give this restaurant a visit, it is nice, friendly with really good food.

Really nice local restaurant. The Salmon Tandoori was juicy and tasty. The dumplings each had their own unique taste. Even the small bowl of complementary lentil soup was garlicy and fragrent. The chef and staff could not have been more pleasant. Great care was shown to my wife's sesame allergy. I will be back.

A fantastic restaurant. Food was spectacular, as well as the service. I had never had food from Nepal before. It was delicious, not too spicy, in fact a most of the dishes were not spicy at all. They were flavorful. Fresh Naan at the table. Delicious soup. I will be back soon.

Small,GREAT PLACE, mostly Indian cuisine, very tasty, decent sized portions (enough so I took some home) beautiful dinnerware, very good, knowledgeable, friendly staff! My 2 friends that I went with were equally pleased and devoured their dishes! If I lived closer I'd be a frequent guest! I will go back for more tasty Nepalese food!
