Overall great experience dining here. Limited selection of menu items but good portion sizes. Drinks were great and atmosphere was perfect for a date night and meet up with friends / coworkers or family. Adequate selection of desserts, creme brulee was good.

very good beer selection and decent food selection. location is great as well. main issue is the price. $15 for chicken tidbits without fries? try and get there when the appetizers are half off, and expect to pay $8-10 per beer. great interior design though and it generally feels upscale for what is otherwise a pretty standard bar.

Stopped in on Saturday while visiting the Merrick fair....looking to get out of the heat and grab a cold beer with some friends and was pleasantly surprised. Great bar and beer selection!! We all decided to try some food after looking at the menu....I had the French dip sandwich with homemade fries and it was DELICIOUS!! The bartenders were very friendly and the owner came over and introduced himself and made us all feel very welcome. Looking forward to going back again soon.

Friendly people, good atmosphere. My favorite thing here is probably the creative cocktails, the cocktail menu recently changed actually but they're still very good and quite unique compared to other places. Bartenders are very accommodating to personal requests as well. Also recommended are their excellent happy hour deals, they offer very good prices for bar food and most drinks at this time, usually 50% off.

As always a great dining experience at Savoy Tavern! This is our families go to spot that has great food and live music! They staff is always extremely friendly and the service is top notch. I don't think I've ever had a dish at this restaurant that I didn't love. The owner Guy is a standup guy who came over to our table and gave our kids coloring books which was awesome.

It was the best time I had in a long time. Just stopped in for a quick drink but ended up staying all night. I had my friends meet me and we all thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, drinks and staff. Lauren the bartender was a delight as was the manager, Jenny! Will definitely be back!

Been there a few times. Usually a pretty good craft beer selection. Only thing is the servers don't come around enough to check for beer refills. So I rarely get to try more than 2 beers. Food is great though!

Food here is delicious and the service is always awesome! The fact that they have Saturday brunch makes my day! My family and friends went there for brunch and the food was awesome! Bottomless mimosas and bloody mary's were really good too! Will definitely be back again!!!!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Merrick. The food is always delicious and the wait staff is always attentive, warm, and professional. We like to order small plates and The Savoy has delicious choices. We had the arancini, meatballs, burrata, and crab cakes. All were yummy!

We recently had a going away party at the Savoy. Jenny was tops from the initial planning until the end. The day of the party she and her staff including Coryn did a great job. The food was delicious and the beverages flowing. Everyone had a great time, would certainly recommend Jenny and her crew at the Savoy for your next party . Thanks guys!

New Year's Eve was the sight of our first visit to the Savoy. We arrived on time and were assured our table would be available within the next 10 minutes, it was. We were in no rush since it was New Year's Eve and were there to see the ball drop. We had a drink at the bar and found the bartender very polite. We were seated at a wonderful location. Our party of four all loved their appetizers. I had oysters stuffed with lobster a big chunk of lobster sat on top of each oyster. The oysters were cooked to perfection - not chewy at all. My main course was Mahi-mahi and the combination of mangos, Mahi-mahi, rice and other spices & dressings made my mouth explode with flavor. Our young waiter began by rushing the meal however, once we slowed him down he spaced everything perfectly. My wife had the stuffed pork chop - she highly recommends it. Our dessert was good. The live band was a nice touch to ring in the new year. The crowd was quite festive and we enjoyed the experience. We are looking forward to coming back soon

Very nice atmosphere. The food was under seasoned, potatoes, corn and salad were dumped on an unflavored bread crumb fried chicken breast. I expected better than.

Fish and chips were excellent, as was the country salad topped with salmon. Beer and wine selection also good and the waitress was not only new, but polished and efficient.

Visited during LI Restaurant Week. Tasty entrees, good size portions, attentive service. Seating in balcony was a little more quiet and intimate.
