Excellent meal!! I had the longhorn steak. The staff was attentive and prompt. I didn’t make reservations and I didn’t have a very long wait maybe 5 minutes. My baby liked all her food!! The night was a success!!
Such a pleasant experience here. Our server, Andre was very attentive and the manager, Michael was very friendly. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye with the Parmesan crust and it was incredibly delicious! And finally a restaurant with well seasoned Cesar salad and an ample amount of croutons. I forgot to ask our server about the type of cheese used in the stuffed mushrooms! They were super tasty. The whole family enjoyed.
Our waitress was amazing! She made us this cute plate for our anniversary dessert! The steaks were outstanding. The white balsamic vinaigrette was scrumptious. The noise level was just right. I remember noticing that people were talking but their sounds were not too loud. It was also not somber and silent in there. We had a great time. I think we've found a new favorite for special occasions, but we can't come back very often. It's expensive like a fancy place, but without the fancy feel.
This is our family’s favorite steakhouse to go to. Great service and amazing steaks and sides. I highly recommend ribeye and the Longhorn steak, they’re very juicy and flavorful. And the salads and bread here are amazing

My wife and I went here to celebrate a milestone. We were given a gift card for this restaurant. We have a favorite nationwide steakhouse, but this place just became our new favorite place to grab a steak. The salads have a lot of substance to them. The bread and butter were amazing. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The lobster tail was on point! The loaded baked potatoes were delicious! The only thing that was better than the food was the customer service. A guy named Patrick, who just moved to Arizona a few weeks ago, was our waiter. I wish I could hire him. He is the standard for customer service in any industry. Polite. Knowledgeable. Quick. Attentive. Informative. We never had to ask for anything. He anticipated our every need. And it wasn’t just us—he delivered the same level of customer service to all his tables. I asked to speak to a manager. When the manager came over to the table, I told him how amazing Patrick was, and how he made our dining experience perfect. We will definitely be back. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of food is outstanding.
Our server Sam was awesome! Drinks and food came out in perfect timing. Food was delicious, had the pork chops. Mmmmmm mmmm
The food was excellent. I ordered grilled lamb chops & it was amazing. The Texas tonion, wings, & spicy chicken bites were delicious & hot when it was served to us. We had a awesome server as will.

Had a wonderful experience last night with my girlfriend at this establishment….the steak was seasoned a little salty, but it’s juiciness and the way it was cooked was perfect and incomparable.. the mac & cheese was wonderful. The tea was perfectly sweetened and the brussels sprouts were to die for ….the only complaint I have is the potato was a little bit on the crunchy side towards the top. Looks like it had been cooked too long, but honestly compared to modern food establishments this is far from being a big concern…. As far as the atmosphere, it was wonderful perfect amount of lighting, shades and tones were great… the service was the perfect amount. The only thing that I would complain about that isn’t necessarily bad, but not my thing is having the server sit at your table to take your order. It feels a little too personal, but I get some people like that, so its just an observation… definitely I’m gonna be back in that multi grain bread as like the starting food was amazing as well
First off the best part of our visit was our waiter Patrick! Was very helpful with questions we had about the menu items, made sure to constantly check on our drinks and anything else we needed. The food was great as always but the service is what will bring us back to this location again.
It was ok. We had our annual Christmas party there in Mesa, AZ. The food was amazing good portions, the atmosphere was amazing, however, it took the server a long time to bring us the bread.
All in all I will go to a different location and see what happens.
The BBQ ribs are amazing , their steaks melt in your mouth, the salads are crisp fresh, and the house bread and butter is very good . But the baked sweet potato is amazing . Dinning here is a great idea for any occasion or just an amazing meal.
Our server was nice, but he was supposed to bring a shrimp cocktail out to the table before the main meal. And he brought us bread and Popcorn shrimp with jalapenos with the meal.
This is why he got a 4 star for surface.
The service and steak was great, no sauce needed as the Ribeye was tender and juicy with a light seasoning of house spices
This is my daughter's favorite restaurant, specifically this location. She always request this place for her birthday and we've been coming here for the last 4yrs. The food is always good. Steak is phenomenal and they always cook it right! That cake with ice cream on top drizzled with chocolate and caramel syrup? It's divine! It was gone in 2 minutes! Service is superb! We never had any issue. Will definitely come back here for years to come, it's part of our family tradition.
Patrick was an awesome waiter, we loved his positive attitude! We never felt like we were a bother and he was always willing to help & show us more about the menu. The food was DELICIOUS. Even on Day 2 leftovers. Awesome job with your entire staff, we had multiple members help us and they were all so quick and friendly.
We loved our server Tyler. Having to put up with 2 women with cognitive issues, he was so patient and attentive and fun. Our steaks were amazing. The mango margarita was yum. Great experience from beginning to end.

Longhorn is a chain steakhouse, whose decent food, very good staff and large portions make it a good option for a casual date night or larger family gathering. The seating, decor and quiet ambience of the restaurant is a nice reprieve from the louder music-blaring and jammed seating of its competitors (such as either of the roadhouse chains).
My first entrée is always the Outlaw Ribeye, which is a 20oz bone-in ribeye steak cut. It comes with a monstrous fully loaded baked potato. Everything (steak and potatoes) are laden with butter throughout, which of course makes things tasty. The steak usually comes out hot and the potatoes likewise.
Occasionally, I notice the sides can be only just warm, but when that has happened they are quick to correct things. The staff is generally very nice and helpful. This always goes a long way to making the entire experience positive. If there's ever an issue I never feel like it is going to be a struggle if I have to ask for something. Drinks are always refilled fast, and the tasty bread loaf appetizer is as plentiful as you want it to be.
For a chain steakhouse, this is a bit more expensive than it's competitors, but if you want to have a nicer and quieter experience (withoutupgrading way up to something like Ruth's Chris), this is your option.
