However, they do not do well with crowds. So if you see a line pack your patience and be prepared to wait.

Placed the order online with my birthday coupon. I liked the flavorful bagel. It was ready when I arrived. Not sure I would have spent the money on a bagel with no discount.

Came in yesterday with my young daughter. The man behind the register who used to work as a kindergarten teacher was incredibly kind and helpful. This is the second or third time I have been to any Einstein bagels store. (this is the first time at this store).

The employees are so friendly here and I feel like the service is prompt as well. I would just recommend not using the online ordering because it doesn't coordinate with the time you select and your bagels will be sitting out cold.
It was quite busy when we got there but they were fast friendly and efficient 😊 could have gone a bit easier on the cream cheese. It was like biting in an entire tub of cream cheese with a single piece of bread. But other then that it was a good experience.
I always order assorted two dozen bagels, they cut them and bag them up quick. I am in and out within minutes to get to work and be the hero of the morning. Very friendly staff with great tasting bagels.
