Great service; great food! I can't have gluten products and the staff gladly made me a "crustless pizza"! Thank you but would you consider a gluten-free crust? I am so sad I can't have the mouth watering desserts anymore ☹️
The Unicorn of the Cicis chain, you have found the oldest continually operating cicis pizza in the world! Originally opened in 1987. You won't find better service, food quality or satisfaction.

The best experience we've ever had at any CiCi's. Friendly staff and the buffet was always full with fresh pizza and dessert. The manager was extremely friendly and checked on us numerous times. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an awesome night out.

This CiCi's location has always had excellent food and service. They are fast, friendly, and always keep the buffet stocked with great pizza. Definitely recommend this one!
This is the best location. We have been to the one On Buckner and on town East and hands down this one is the best. It’s cleaner, bigger and has an awesome arcade. The manager is very friendly and checking to make sure everything is orderly. He even refilled our drinks. It is great that they serve the pasta and salad to keep with safety standards and stop the spread of germs. Kids earned from the arcade points: a stuffed animal, a slinky, a pop it and a hacky sack. We will definitely be back.
Their food is relatively always fresh. They have great customer service. They are very help and comply to reasonable requests we have. Yes sometimes there have been a few issues but overall this is the best location that tries to do their best to give the best customer service possible and has the best buffet. It is also regularlo always clean.
I been to plenty of Cicis before, but not like this one. I am impressed on how well and smooth this restaurant runs! The manager came and greeted guests/walked around and asked how was everything and even help to clean some plates off the tables. I will definitely be coming back to this location!!!!! I didn’t catch his name but it was the male manager working that evening shift.
I love this location and highly recommend it. The employees and managers are super friendly, and they always have fresh pizza out, as well as a generous variety. I went recently with my boyfriend and they also redecorated it and added a bigger gaming area which is cool. I've been going to this cici's since I was younger and I'm so happy it has not gone downhill.

Enjoyable atmosphere, acceptable pizza and the arcade is a hoot I just wish for less ticket based games. I know that's where the money is though and they have a few good titles besides those.
This was mine, my husband and kids first time here and this is the BEST cicis I’ve ever been too! Great service great food, and the kid entertainment was awesome! They did not disappoint, we will be going back for sure. 😁
The arcade is a great addition, the employees were super nice, and the store was clean! Pizza was delicious. I hadnt eaten at a CiCi pizza in 3 years and it was a great experience.
Always love this place such nice people and if your pizza is wrong they will fix it if you want extra topping they will do that for ya! Will always continue to go here!
