How does one speak of Jimmy John's? Jimmy is like an old cousin you haven't met but only hear good things about. Your 2nd cousin Subway, as much as you once loved him and play in the backyard with him, doesn't smell as good anymore, always wants to play the same games, and honestly, you just need new cousin to chill with. In comes Jimmy! For some odd reason, this fast food restaurant has it right. You know that typical "Subway" smell? That smell of processed meat, mishmash of 13 different toppings, 13 different breads and 300 possible sauces? Then you have nice girl Jane that shoves cucumbers when you just told her you wanted peppers, 2 pickles when you asked for a few more than usual...this doesn't exist at Jimmy's! Jimmy John's slice their meat in store and prepare all their vegetables in store as well, their sub bread is just always soft and fluffy, and the right amount of bite for a sub. The meats are delicious, don't taste processed, and a generous amount is provided on the sandwiches. The toppings are simple but that's what makes them so good! Thinly sliced onions, thinly shredded lettuce, tomatoes, fresh hot peppers if you request it, and their sauces are not pretentious by any means, especially the vinaigrette for the Italian subs is absolutely delicious. On top of that, their chips are REALLY GOOD, and if are the adventurous type, putting them in your sub just makes your sub that much better! Being from Canada and growing up with a Subway in every corner and not being able to stand the smell of their store anymore, Jimmy John's is like the new kid in your class - you're reluctant to speak to him at first but you realize he's just so much less pretentious than your friend, so much simpler and doesn't pretend to be anything he's not. Usually franchises are a hit or miss but I've been to a few of them and they all have amazing subs, extremely fast service, don't have that processed smell at all, and the food is always great! This is probably one of the best standard for a franchise that I've ever seen. Their store is always clean, the product is always fresh tasting and the service quality is top notch everywhere. Please come to Canada Jimmy! But in the meantime, keep doing what you're doing because you've set a standard that's not even comparable to anything I've ever seen in a fast food place. 15/10 would go again!

It was about 2 am, I was really hungry to the point that I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted and the two guys Victor and Manny were very helpful. They were familiar with the menu, patient, and helped me pick out everything in my sand which and did it all very fast. These guys really made my night with their impeccable service.

The jimmy johns on 15th and Washington is off the chain the best jimmy johns I ever went to the GM there luis is awesome they recently changed management and put him in charge ever since then there customer service has been outstanding a place I would love to bring my child super friendly super fast service super clean the cleanest shop I've seen on sobe in this past year of me living there and that hunters club is to die for... here's a special tip add extra cheese for 1.00 and put Dijon in the middle super good cheers everyone

I love love the #9. The customer service was friendly, service was really fast. The store was immaculate. Great location. Highly recommended to visit the store.
