The food is fresh, the place is very clean. You can take out and enjoy your lunch on a small table outside the store. I always take mine home and choose my own beverage to drink with my meal.
I love this place, best place to go for a salad bar or food. When i don’t want to cook this is my go to place to buy homemade food for my family. Food is great and place is kept clean!

Excellent experience at Gerardo"s, Best Tuna Melt on spinach tortilla wrap. Also purchased a mixed Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper tea & Brazil Nuts. Very knowledgeable on health food too. It's my new Tuna Melt Stop. :-)
Great local salad bar! I’ve been grabbing lunch here for years. I love their fresh juices and how they even started making Vegan soups. It’s a great place when you are looking for something quick and healthy. I love Gerardo’s!
We've been coming here for almost 20 years. Family owned and operated by some fine people. In addition to the salads and cooked foods on the premises they also make creative gift/holiday/occasion baskets (my wife's first Mother's Day basket was made here) with some really nice imported European items. They do exceptional catering and with a complete menu they can also accommodate to requests (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free). They're open early for breakfast too. The people who own/work here and the shop are two things we will miss when we move.
Gerardo's is the best for fresh food, made in house. I love to go as often as possible. Salad bar, soups, hot food, sandwiches and more.
I visited the store after moving to Miami Lakes and it's without a doubt one of the BEST places in Miami. The food and the juices are spectacular. I highly recommend their Green Detox juice.
