The gratuity charge can be tricky! The suggested amount is between 15-20% of the bill. But our server went ahead and added the 20% charge on it without asking or allowing us to choose the desired gratuity. Just be careful when getting the final bill.
Words cannot express on how much this location continues to provide good service starting from management to crew. They are always friendly and helpful, along with good quality food with no problems at all. I strongly recommend that this location is given a 5 star rating because that's what we as customers want and they deliver as always. Much respect to the owner of this location for having a good strong crew along with their management. We will always continue to go to this location on a regular basis going forward.
Good food in a really cute and convenient location. Our waiters were very friendly. I enjoyed the little twist they put in the hushpuppies, I haven't eaten any with fish in the past. The mixed drinks were perfect. 👌
Everything was fine. The usual quality, cleanliness and service. Good atmosphere, we like the restaurant chain, we usually eat at Bubba Gump when we can. I asked for the cheeseburger without a bun, the flavors are good. It's worth trying, there weren't many people, you didn't have to wait to get in either.
The service lady was excellent, the rice in the Jambalaya wasn't fully cooked, so we gave it back, after some time we received the same plate with some extra rice and it was now less "al dente", still not fully cooked. But the taste of the Jambalaya was too good, so my wife ate it this way.
If the rice isn't ready yet, then they just should let the costumers know it, it is okay for costumers to wait longer to get a good Jambalaya or they still can choose another menu in that case.
This was my second time at Bubba Gump (I went once before in Santa Monica). I went here for dinner during my recent trip to Miami. I had Forrest's Ribeye & Shrimp. The service was fine and I enjoyed my meal. No complaints. I'll likely return if I visit Miami again.
My favorite place to eat in Miami since I was a kid. Great food, amazing service. Love the gift shop. Shrimp cocktail is a must. Fantastic Caesar salad.
I've always enjoyed eating at Bubba Gump, they have a great clam chowder! Last time I tried their 'I'm stuffed shrimp ' and it was amazing! I feel like going there again to repeat it 😋
I, like many others, have wanted to try this popular chain for a while. Well it didn't disappoint that for sure. Alex our waiter was terrific. I highly recommend the clam chowder. Wow 👌

We had a big party of 15 and they were able to accommodate us quickly.
Service was efficient and professional. I love their Run Forest (do not need service) and Stop Forest (please stop by my table as I need something)
Now the reasons why I didn't give 5 stars. With such high prices, I thought it should've been better food but could get similar quality at a Long John Silver for much lower price. Both the Mahi Mahi and shrimps were over cooked. I also didn't like how we were not told that beers included a souvenir cup. I don't know if there was an option to purchase a beer without having to buy the cup too. I feel like that should've been explained in the beginning. So my husband had 2 beers and we now had to travel back home (Miami to Chicago) with 2 pint glasses.
Really more of 3.5 stars but rounded up to 4 because our server Juan was really good. I had gotten the hush puppies as an appetizer and thought they were very good which is why I disappointed about my main dish. Worth a visit but hopefully you have better luck with the quality of food!

Delicious Food and Great Service!! Loved the T-Shirts on sale!
Service was good. Food was good, really fresh strawberry salad with chicken. My bang bang shrimp with coleslaw was tasty! Even though I don't get the whole Forrest Gump thing it's still a fun and lively place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Forgot to take pictures of our meals!!!
This place was great! Our waitress, Desha, was awesome ! She really made us feel welcome and was super efficient ! She quizzed us on Forrest Gump trivia which made us want to re-watch the movie!!
We love the concept that if you need the staff to come, you just put the sign up!!
The food was really good. I had the strawberry salad, my mother had the scampi linguine and my husband had the Fish n Chips. Everything was really tasty! We didn’t try the cocktails nor the desserts but they looked yummy!
We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant !
If you love Forrest Gump and See food, this is a must for you! I have been in Bubba Gump in Chicago and now in Miami, always a great and fast service. Food is super good, the shrimps are next next level.
