I recently visited Cantina La 20 in Miami and was impressed by the ambiance and the overall environment of the place. It has a vibrant setting that’s great for social gatherings and enjoying a night out. The staff was welcoming and the service was up to the mark. However, I must say, the food experience was a letdown. We ordered the Molcajete de Rib Eye and the Queso Fundido, but unfortunately, both dishes were far from satisfying. The quality and taste of the food did not meet our expectations, and even the tortillas served alongside were not up to standard. Given this experience, I would recommend Cantina La 20 for its lively atmosphere and perhaps for drinks, but not for dining. If you’re planning a visit, you might want to consider other options for food in the area. Feel free to tweak this review to better fit your experience and opinions!

Very impressed! Service:Food:Ambiance all 5 stars! Highly recommend: Wagyu Sopas : Flavorful, filling and fresh. Don’t recommend the cauliflower. Covered in peanuts doesn’t match the theme of restaurant or taste yummy at all. Theo was beyond incredible and thoughtful for my friends birthday and pacing the food. I can’t thank him enough. I recommend asking for Theo! also the restaurant emailed me after to see how my dining experience was. How special and thoughtful! Def on my list of places to recommend to clients!!

Visited Cantina La Veinte relatively late in the evening without a reservation and was pleasantly surprised to only have to wait about 15 minutes for a table. The music was really good and added to the already great vibes of the restaurant. The food was also really good and definitely worth the visit, although the cocktails were just okay and didn't quite match the quality of the food. I particularly loved the view by the water and the breeze that added to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Big plus, this restaurant is open late. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious Mexican cuisine, great music, and a lovely atmosphere. Just don't expect too much from the cocktails.

What do they put on the margaritas?! I don’t know but they are AMAZING!!! I got the spicy one and it was way better than the regular one. We had many appetizers and I can’t remember the names but everything was delicious.

The restaurant is by the water with great views. The ambiance is fun with music/DJ. I went on a Saturday night. People were dancing and having a great time. The food was very tasty. The staff was amazing. The drinks were very well mixed with a good amount of alcohol.

This restaurant is located by the W hotel with valet parking at a very reasonable price. First, the restaurant is right next to the water with a beautiful view. I love the interior design here and the service is amazing. First, they welcome you with a shrimp broth that is so concentrated and yummy. All the dishes are in a good portion and fill you up fast. The shrimp dish was my favorite. It cooked beautifully and my tummy is happy!!

I really enjoyed dining at Cantina La Veinte. The location is perfect, close to the waterfront view with soothing views. Ask for outdoor seating to enjoy the views. The mariachi band played one so g at each table and it was nice for someone who would be celebrating birthdays or anniversaries. Overall great atmosphere. The service is quick and up to standard for this level of restaurant. Well dressed staff with elegant colors of uniforms. The food and beverage menu is quite extensive and of course more focused towards tequila cocktails. A small selection of wine is available for wine connoisseurs. But don't expect any California wine or Bordeaux. Cabernet was the best option and cocktails were refreshing and well presented. Margaritas are served in small, medium and large sizes and medium was pretty good instead of drinking two of them. Several options in Appetizers and tacos with shrimp, pork and chicken were all very good. Overall a nice fine dining place with good flavorful food, ambience and a fantastic service. Music was an added bonus.

GREAT FOOD, AND GREAT DRINKS! Seated by the water enjoying passerby’s walking their dogs while enjoying a tasteful meal. The flavor was NOT lacking. I enjoyed the carnitas and guacamole w/chips and a chocolate lava cake-YUM!

Visited on Father's day. There was a mixup with open table and the Sunday brunch and we arrived 30 minutes before brunch was over. We decided to stay and wait for the full menu and the manager sent over guacamole while we waited. Drinks were great and the server was very attentive. Very relaxed and fun atmosphere! We decided to move to the upstairs area after a while and that room has traditional and modern Mexican crafts with vaulted ceilings. Overall a great experience!
