Went there on Saturday night Cute little restaurant with very good service and fantastic Spanish food. We had charcuterie and cheeses, Blade steak and cannelloni with truffles. Wow. Each dish was so flavorful and unique. Wine recommendation was good too. Green tea ice cream was a perfect end to the meal. A little bit hard to find due to construction, but we will be back.
Such an amazing restaurant!!! The tapas and the appetizers were just to die for...their carpaccio was the best I had in the longest time. All the dishes were made with flavor, its all about the sauce !!! And the best part was their cheesecake with membrillo, gush I had the best dinner night with my husband. The prices are super reasonable compared to anything close to South Beach. I could not recommend this place more!!! We are coming back.
New restaurant in my building, 900 Biscayne Bay. Chef Cuadrado brings his spectacular cuisine to his new space on 10th street and Biscayne 50 floors down from my condo. Service was pleasant but unobtrusive. Decor was warm and appropriate. Food was 5 stars, from the appetizers to the main courses to the desserts. Even our cortaditos were outstanding. I will definitely be back and enthusiastically recommend.
Four author friends had a wonderful experience during the Miami Book Fair at this charming/rustic intimate and quiet little gem. Food was great. and the service was spectacular.
Pairings restaurant was exceptional!
Chef Tomas Cuadrado provides a one of a kind authentic experience in Spanish cuisine. We look forward to coming back soon.
The food was absolutely marvelous! Wonderful to taste authentic Spanish food. Servers were so knowledgeable and helpful with great suggestions! Will definitely return!
I really wanted to give this place a 5, but the four of us went for Miami Spice and some of the portions made me think that they could be props for a comedy show spoofing fine dinning restaurants with micro portions on big plates. The Angus burger was covered by pita discs that were the size of an IHOP silver dollar. I could have but the 4 tiny morsels of membrillo and manchego on a tablespoon without piling on. I wanted to give it a 5 because the service was charming, the food was tasty, and I want young talented chefs to succeed. Miami Spice gives you a stage and brings diners who would not have otherwise visited. Those diners can become missionaries. Don't let them leave hungry. We have already recommended Pao at the Faena 5 times since dining there last Saturday. Too bad Pairings has not been mentioned until this review.
Fantastic food and great services from very knowledgeable workers. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to taste delicious spanish dishes!!
The food was exquisite and home at the same time. The service was impecable and the ambiance was quiete. I will go back many times.
Exquisite, unique, genuine Spanish food,. No words to describe the one-of-a-kind taste. Indescribable really.
