I was recommended this place and it was a good recommendation indeed. It's located out in West Flagler, Miami. I love pizza, as I'm sure most of us do, but this place got it right. I'd say Pieology is comparable to Blaze Pizza, with their simple menu and stream lined service.
My daughter had the classic Cheese Pizza and I had The Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Nothing out of this world, but I appreciated the portion size, price and speed of service. Not gonna lie, the Buffalo Chicken Pizza was VERY spicy and I typically eat spicy foods throughout the day. So pro tip: DO NOT add pepper flakes or extra buffalo sauce... you'll be feeling it right away haha. Besides that, it was good and fresh and you get what you pay for
Loved the value and taste of the pizza. It was just a little overcooked, and pizza maker could've been a little more upbeat (however it was near closing time so I get it). Didn’t see any hand sanitizer station (important in these times especially considering it's food eaten by hand, condiment shakers are shared, etc). Maybe could have been more condiment shakers too. Still, highly recommend for the flavor, value, and overall experience!
This is my favorite pizza place in Miami. I love that fact that I can get my customized veggie pizza made here with UNLIMITED veggie toppings. At other pizza places whenever i get a veggie pizza it NEVER fills me up because it hardly has any veggies. Here in pieology I can get my veggie pizza loaded with the veggies I love. I always get the thick crust with onions, tomatoes, green peppers, spinach, bell peppers, jalapenos, olives, artichokes, corn, red peppers etc. Recently they also started providing the option of vegan protein. They also have a gluten free base option now and cauliflower base.
The tables weren't kept up but the food was good. It would be good to have condiments like parmasan, garlic, pepper flakes, and/or oregano available for guests eating in.
I drove just for the calzone to learn that they were only available through the app. So, I ordered my and wife pizza and upon paying, I learned that the calzone could be ordered, the news was sad and word was never passed to the kid that prepares the orders…….or he was not in the mood for calzone.
Affordable prices, pizza tastes good. Good option for a sunday craving. Sadly the staff is not. Very uninterested in the customers, a little messy at the moment you go to pay, and the girl on shift (july 30th 2023) at the register was more focused on fighting with one of her coworkers than in giving a good customer service, bad attitude all around at the moment of ringing me & my sister's orders.
Custom pizza options were great and the taste was pretty good. I think the crust is a little too thin and cracker-like once cooked. Workers seemed generally disinterested to be there and many tables/chairs were dirty with trash overflowing around 8 pm.
It's like Chipotle for pizza. They don't even need to deliver I will make the drive to come eat here. Food is great service is quick. Can say anything bad about this place. They stuff you pizza with whatever you want on it., And they don't hold back when it comes to add ons. Definitely recommend eating here if your in the area.

I have eaten here a few times. The food is always delicious. We order the cauliflower pizzas. Love the points system. Lots of savings.
