I bought a trio combo, which came with churrasco, chicken which were both great, but then some nasty sausage came with it. Absolutely gross, tasteless and dry. My order was supposed to included crispy chicken, no sausage... wouldn't be a problem if the sausage tasted like food
The service people have great troubles with basic math, and won't really try to solve issues. The food is however up to Pollo's standards and I continue to go here regularly. There's a lady in the drive through who is an aggressive up-seller though. After we say we don't want any more food, she keeps offering Yuka fries and sides anyway. It's a little annoying but hey, she deserves a raise. She's the only one who cares about her job and that's rare nowadays.
I order some chicken and ropa vieja but some pieces were missing. Usually never happens. I went back and ask to speak to the manager or supervisor. Her name is Marisol. If I’m not mistaking. She apologized and treated me very professional and courteous. Great human being. She solve my issue quick and efficient. Thank you Marisol for your great service!!

Always a great place to get your pollo! This location was very fast and on the drive through they had 2 girls, prior to the window taking your order thus minimizing your wait. I really liked that!
However, on my last 2 visits, the order was not correct! Unfortunately, both times, I only found out when I was at home.... So quality check, or experience, has gone down. Be sure to check your order prior to departure....
Further update, I should have read my review... Do check your order before you leave! They missed part of the order and had to go back! It looks like this location needs some TLC and better management...
Great food but? Employees are NOT very pleasant. Seem they are over worked or just plain baddly trained. They take the order with an atitutde? Maybe they go work somewhere else or maybe thry should be supervised better
Some locations are better than others. In my opinion, this place served me better and the food was at great quality and taste. I even tipped a little bit to show my appreciation for their effort. The prices here with the amount of food and the freshness and quality beats any fast food joint at the moment - because of the economy right now.
