I wanted to eat Cuban food near our hotel, and this was the place that popped up. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, however the only reason it gets 4 stars is due to the server continually leaving our table in the middle of us ordering and not knowing things on the menu. She came to us a total of 6 times before we were able to tell her our full order. Honestly I’d come back for the food, but don’t hold your breath that she will get your order in one go.
What a great place, off the beaten path but the food and service were extremely great. The two women running the restaurant did amazing as it seemed they were short staffed this morning. The food was great , perfect traditional favors, good size portions and really good price.
Great food! The sampler with all 4 of tostones styles is amazing! The food is flavorful, authentic, fresh, and great! The flavor was on point for dessert! This is why you come to the small, local establishments, and not the $$$$ tourist food places. The atmosphere, and down to earth flavors cannot be beat!
Unbelievable Cuban food at the best prices! You don’t find home-cooked flavors, big portions, gourmet presentation at this price anywhere in Miami. I loved the latin music and the attention. Needless to say that I ate everything on my plate and then some more!!! I am definitely coming back soon!
Havana Lounge is downtown, not far from the dock (which we we're heading to later). The food was wonderful. I had the huevos rancheros, which was delicious. They also have good coffee. The ambience is relaxed. I would come back again.
Very nice ambiance, music and the food was delicious. I ate el pescado a lo macho. I drank draft Hatuey beer was very cold and tasted like an IPA beer. Deserts was the Caramel Flan, it was very tasty.
We left satisfied in food and mood.

This was a great experience. I came here after the breakfast crowd and before the dinner crowd for lunch. Everything was very reasonably priced, the food was absolutely fantastic! The service was great and the atmosphere is very humble and relaxing. I will definitely come again.

Excellent place to have breakfast at. The menu is extensive and attractive. Staff is quite friendly even if the service could be faster. Wifi works properly.
Once served, the food is very tasty and in proper quantity.
Careful... and 1 star less due to that...(I did hesitate to rest 2 stars cause I really HATE those tourist trap practices), the 18% service fee is included (which makes you quite satisfied by definition...) but ON TOP OF THAT, at the bottom of the receipt, you are suggested to tip 15, 18 or 20%... So, if you fall in the trap and are generous enough to tip 20%, you end tipping almost 42%!!!
FYA owner/ management, please correct immediately. I hope it's just a mistake. Consider removing the mention "suggested TIP" and replacing the TIP field by an ADDITIONAL TIP field; Or as an alternative, don't include service fee and let the consumer decide what the service worth for.
TIP story apart, I recommend the place and would be glad to come back and vote 5 stars if check is edited in a more ethic way.

And it's now a 5 star spot now the receipt was corrected as per my suggestion. 👍👍👍👏👏👏 guys, we all do mistakes, that one was solved immediately and it says a lot about you. I'll be back... and invite everyone to spend a bit of time away Havana lounge, downtown!!!
Its a Peruvian & Cuban fusion Restaurant with lots of good dishes. We had the lomo saltado and fish ceviche and they were both excellent and affordable.
Delicious Cuban food. Nice place. Portions are very good. I loved the mojito chicken and the Cuban coffee. Went twice

Edit: Under new management I assume, the food is still excellent however the service which used to be one of the best parts is now horrible. They are very nice and hospitable however when you have to repeat your order 4 times with them making the same mistake each time it is frustrating. Had to get my own water and hot sauce after asking for it multiple times 30 minutes prior, and food was sent back after getting incorrect order. I would still recommend it but I can no longer give this 5 stars as the efficiency was the best part Rooting for them but they need to understand service more.

Amazing place!! We found this gem while searching on google and are so pleased with the meal.
On top of that they served top-notch customer service. The owner brought us our meals and I don’t think I saw his smile falter the whole time we were there. There was live Cuban music which tied it all together for me. I’ll post photos as well because this food was not only of great quality but decently priced!
We found Cojimar 85 using google as we had some time to kill in between our cruise and flight, and wanted good food. They did not disappoint. The place itself is beautiful, and the food was amazing, but what stands out the most is the kind and attentive service. The owner checked on us multiple times, offered complimentary refills on anything we liked, and overall was warm and welcoming. I truly felt appreciated and valued while dining! Strong recommend!
