The food menu is great. But in reality its a gamble to see if the chicken Any good for the day. Sometimes is just to dry and sometimes it can be raw. This all depends on the cook. If you're looking for tasty and savory chicken on the grill, Pollo Tropical is a great place to visit. I'm honestly not a big fan of their sides (Mac & Cheese, coleslaw, balsamic tomatoes, etc.), but their chicken is by far one of the best! It's tender, perfectly cooked, citrusy and smokey flavor that really play with your taste buds. Oh! And their unique sauces! From curry to creamy cilantro!

Deliciousness! The depth of flavor is phenomenal and we love this place.
I dislike the new design inside the restaurant. It looks like a courtyard.
Out of all the local locations, this one by far does not mess up orders. Employees are always patient and kind to customers in taking orders and attending to their need in a timely order, they are under staffed but they have shown a very big team work on a daily routine and I recommend to drive to this one just to always get heard and taken care of

The best quick Cuban drive thru or sit down food. Every time consistent, delicious, and hits the right spot! My go to is the plain tostones, yummy, and crispy. You have to eat them right away. I get the family meal of a full chicken, rice and black beans. A side of plantains and your good to go for a few days meal. Also, my Mom gets happy when I pick some up.
If I'm in a bind need something quick then it's the quarter chicken, rice, and black beans with small side of plantains. Gotta have the plantains. 😋 If this review has helped you in any way please like it. Thx😁👍
