Reviews Frisch's Big Boy

Tonight, at the Frisch’s on 741 in Dayton, Ohio, (near the Dayton Mall) there was one server taking care of the dining room. There was a steady number of customers arriving and leaving. Alexis G. did not miss a beat. She took your order, brought your drink, delivered your food, checked back on you, and brought you your check promptly. She didn’t seem frustrated or rushed even though she was taking care of us all. Thanks to the busser for clearing and cleaning the tables thoroughly. Thanks also to the kitchen staff. All their attitudes made for a nice dining experience. Even though it would be warranted because of the small staff, no one seemed unhappy or overwhelmed. They clearly worked well as a team!

As short handed as so many eateries are these days, I was not expecting the super, over-the-top, accurate , fast & friendly service we received tonight from Lindsey E. I definitely tipped her well and told the manager who checked us out of my rave review. I was shocked to hear this was only her 2nd day on the job. WHAT THE FLIPPING FLAPJACK???? I told the manager I planned on immediately writing a review & if it was daytime, I’d call corporate how impressed we were. YOU GO LINDSEY E 😁🤩👋🏼👏❤️

Cole slaw at this location is absolutely astoundingly good. Servers are nice and the store is clean and somewhat fresh interior in the dining area. Food is good and likely average of the frisch's and big boy and shoney' chains. Service is a bit slow but once you are seated everything is good.
