Greeted as I came in. Really enjoy the self serve kiosk system. Food was served fast and fresh as well as good tasting. I was also checked up on to make sure everything was okay with my order. I was skeptical about Steak n' Shake and it's menu changes until now. They seemed to have streamlined things from how it used to be done and it is working.
Just a great fast food experience. Super polite staff, easy ordering, reasonable prices given recent inflation. AND, the burger toppings were so fresh. Not the greasy burger balls they used to serve. Hope they keep up the quality!
This is the best Steak and Shake Experience I've had in a very long time. The new Kiosk ordering system and self service beverage area is so much better. Food came out Prompt, Correct and delicious. I hope all Steak and Shake locations follow this same format. The Manager Karen is super sweet, attentive and awesome. Will go out of my way to come back to this location. A+! Thank You!!
It was a completely new experience they no longer have waitresses you walk in and they have about five or six kiosks set up to look like huge tablets you place your order you pay for your food you sat down and then your number is called then you go up and you get your food and your drinks and enjoy your meal. I hope that some of the other steak and shakes locations around us well at least do this so we can still have their food for most of them they're all closed but we went in we got us some of our favorite meals Frisco sandwiches fries and some milkshakes.
