Roadside stand near the outlet mall on the way to the beach in Michigan City. Authentic Chicago style hot dogs but also burgers and roast chicken. Good and fast
You've gotta dip the Italian Beef yourself, but it wasn't bad, considering I've not had this Chicago staple in a couple years. Fries were fantastic, service was small-town-diner excellent.
Hot Dogs. Kid gets cheese dogs, I get Chicago dogs! You get what you pay for.
Fun for my puppy too!. Love the Chicago dog, my husband gets the Polish dog. I really like looking around at all the pictures. We like to take our dog with us and get him a hot dog and sit outside at the picnic area. He loves to go out to eat with us!

Just had the pleasure of sitting down here with a local on my tour of the history of Michigan City. Food, accompanied by the wonderful stories of this historic town made for an absolute delight of a meal. Only 2 things I have to critique is the hours are a bit lean and the food just slightly overpriced for it being hotdogs. Food was amazing though!
Been here many times and usually stop after visiting the Outlet Mall... I know I can always get a Chicago style hotdog and some great French fries to go along with it.. Service is snappy and you can eat there or get it to go at the drive through window...! Offer beef sandwiches, burgers too... Best hot dog though in the area..!
Solid choice for quick chicago-style food. Casual seating, with a drive through option. Prices are solid for the quality, and they have a nice variety of options. Their main staples being hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries.
Great fast food hidden in city near lighf house mall pretty good food for fast food.
I just stopped by on my way home for a to-go Top Burger and fries. It was more than I expected; I could barely get my mouth around the burger and the fries had the crispiness I was craving. Fast service, excellent taste, and cheaper than McDonalds. Thank you Top Dog!!!!
