I love the food here and often order takeout. The food is flavorful, fresh and the portions are great. The environment is really inviting- spacious indoor area and a ton of outdoor seats as well. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. This photo does not do the vegetable/goat cheese panini justice but it was delicious!!
I come here for cookies and cookies only! The cookies here are just so delicious! We usually get about 8 cookies for $4 and they always satisfy! My husband and I, have also tried a slice of tiramisu and chocolate cake, and wow! super blown away, I’m so happy to have found this place, the desserts are truly yummy! Highly recommend the cookies!!

Went for breakfast today for the first time in months because I heard that the service has improved. Very pleased. My food was delicious and came out with no delay. Coffee refills on spot. Their beat waiter, Freddie, is back and this makes all the difference. Will continue to go as long as the service and food remain this good!
New staff and general manager when we went this past weekend. Very friendly and attentive. Some new editions to the menu were a nice surprise. The broiled seafood entree was delicious and cooked perfectly. Cant wait to try the new desserts when it gets rolled out. I will pass on the grilled calamari appetizer; it was very bland. Overall still a very tasty dinner ! We will be back.
The ambience has a warm feeling! Covid safety on point! My first experience here, communication between servers could be better. They didn't have pumpkin syrup :/ so I got the caramel and hazelnut coffee instead which was good! I really like how breakfast is served until 2pm. My boyfriend loved his steak and eggs. I wasn't a big fan on their avocado toast. We will be coming back to try lunch/dinner. Good for solo dining too 👌
Buon is delicious! I’ve had breakfast, lunch & dinner from there and nothing has disappointed! I even stop there for their Cinnamon Bun Iced Latte’s and they’re 10/10. My ONLY grievance is they’re a little pricey for things like a panini for example. But overall, Buon is one of my local favorites for takeout or eat- in.

Most recently went for a private event and have been there for lunch. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. It is a very versatile place hence the name cafe & trattoria serving delicious pastries, coffees, dishes and drinks.
I came here for Valentine's day. Ordered a chicken penny with vodka sauce and it was delicious. There was only two minus, one was the small fee for using a credit card, as the store is passing off the credit card fees usage to the customers. The second was the incredible waiting time, makes sense as there were a lot of customers ordering takeout and some sitting in the restaurant. What was supposed to be a half an hour wait turned into around a 50min ish wait. Still very understandable consider the tall orders they probably received. All in all definitely a must visit if you are in the neighborhood!
Fantastic restaurant, easy parking and GREAT FOOD and service. Ambiance is good, but you can't beat the food, selections and desserts. Not very expensive for the quality and quantity you get.
Buon is a great local neighborhood restaurant. Wether you are in the mood for a quick lunch or a nice sit down dinner they will cater to your cravings. The Paninis are the all time best and they give you such a big portion. Their soups are excellent I’m obsessed with the carrot soup and tortellini soup. When I’m in the mood for a big dinner I always get the shrimp oreganata with a side of penne vodka yum!! Over all you will never be disappointed with anything you decide to order. Great family neighborhood owned place. Also try their coffees during the day or if you have a sweet tooth some desserts everything is freshly made there !
Great place to have a meal. Food is good. Good choice of wines and cocktails. I come there with kids, there’s good kids menu, pancakes, waffles. Manager Elez keeps the job rolling, very welcoming and hospitable.
Love their brunch menu and they were very sweet to my dog brought him water while we ate in the patio

Can't write a review of the food, as I was asked to leave it outside my door :)
My girlfriend ordered a regular burger and a couple of sides (all via seamless/grubhub), I ordered a portobello burger and specified that it be vegetarian.
Order arrived, my burger was served without a bun, with the mushroom instead, which was unexpected. I assumed they'd misread my instruction of "vegetarian" as "gluten-free," and called to address the issue. The woman who answered informed me that that is how the burger is served (although that was not indicated on the ordering platform) and that lots of people love it. I said that ok, maybe that should be made more clear, but I have bread at home so can make do.
After hanging up, realised that it wasn't even vegetarian (There was an entire hamburger patty on it). Called back, asked for a full refund. The woman responding told me that she wouldn't provide it unless I left the entire order outside to be picked up...
I also work in food service, and was appalled that a full refund or acceptable replacement wasn't offered considering the fact that now myself and my partner both have to order new meals. Don't worry, the food is waiting outside out door. I asked if they were planning to re-serve, and was informed that no, it's because it would be "unfair" if we consume some and didn't pay for it. I often offer full meals at a loss when my business is at fault. (Just clarifying my process, as the woman on the phone seemed confident that I would "do the same thing") Get it together.
Honestly the rest of the food seemed fine, if it had been appropriately rectified, no problem! The poor customer service is the exclusive reason for this review. Everyone has bad days. But this, as a manager in food service , I would consider a terminable offence. Feel free to reach out to me for more details of the interaction.
I leave 5 stars because, as an industry worker, I don't believe that the star system provides effective feedback. But I didn't feel that the person I spoke to on the phone was either receptive or helpful to the business, and took this as a last resort. (We have received the refund, I'm still just astounded. Wow.)

The service was fantastic the food was unbelievable I had a margarita Panini with pesto sauce and roasted potatoes on the side and it was absolutely delicious and then after that the Owner came out and asked me how everything was and then he bought me a nice cup of espresso and I tell you ladies and gentlemen this place is for Real....it is true. Italian authentic.... the owner speaks Italian his name is Filippo and he was very Friendly and it was absolutely wonderful and I can't wait to go back again.😀🇮🇹
