OMG, what an awesome place. To smell all the wonderful goods right when u walk in the door is amazing. Could not believe all the stuff u have...wow. I was like a kid in a candy store!!! I only wish u had a price list or an itemized receipt...
One of the greatest places in the world for a diabetic to completely blow it. Got a love this place magnificent!!!!
Everything is fantastic. I love to come specially around different holidays. So much to choose from and there is always something yummy to sample.

This bakery has the absolute best breads and sweet stuff. I really enjoy the almond croissant and my wife loves the morning buns. In season they have hot cross buns in addition to all the other Easter goodies. One of my favorites. Their line of breads is very nice, wirh many varieties.

Amazing pasteries. Super clean store. Very nice people. Holidays are an absolutely wonderful time to go in and visit. The store is abuzz with tons of seasonal things. There are often samples to try and a cool house in the back of the store for kids. A really special place to go visit. Plus its locally owned and I like to support that kind of business.
We ordered our wedding cakes from Clasen's and they were spectacular! My husband and I love cake, but find American cakes, especially the frosting, to be too sugary. Clasen's French buttercream solved that problem- it was super creamy and just the right sweetness.
We had 2 yellow sponge cakes (almond and lemon) and a large chocolate decadence cake. They set up a fun tasting platter for us with tiny pieces of sponge cake to be tasted with all of their frosting and filling options, which was free. They even gave us a free standard chocolate decadence cake as part of the tasting, and were able to make us a custom 10-inch 2 layer chocolate decadence cake for the wedding.
Definitely the best wedding cake I've ever had, and the chocolate decadence cake was one of the best desserts I've had in my life. Our guests also loved the cake, and one of my cousins was disappointed that Clasen's wasn't a chain, because that meant he couldn't buy the cakes himself in CO where he's going to grad school.
Clasens did our wedding cake for our wedding May 5th, 2018. Before we chose what cake we wanted, they did a wonderful cake tasting with all there flavors. We had a four tier wedding cake and a sheet cake made. The cake was to die for and the buttercream they use is perfect - to too sweet but just sweet enough! Judy, the woman who makes wedding cakes, was so great. She was good at returning phone calls and she was also able to work with our florist to have our cake match our wedding flowers. I would recommend Clasens to anyone! Our husband can't wait till our year anniversary to buy a cake again!!
