Finally had a chance to try out their pizza and I must say they did not disappoint. Lots of fresh delicious edge to edge toppings and cheese. Love the thinner crispy crust. If you haven't tried it, it's a definite must. May be my new favorite local pizza place.
Best pizza around. Always has been. I've eaten here since I could eat pizza. Staying with my grandparents across the street, it brings back lots of memories!

Some things never change.... This is another Middletown Institution, at least in the East end of town. I used to walk there as a kid for a personal pizza, and it tastes pretty much the same now as it did...uh... decades ago, which is a fairly unique flavor. The toppings are tasty and plentiful, boat-loads of cheese, a very sweet sauce (I *like* it that way but some don't), and even more generous toppings. I've never seen anyone use as many green olives as this place, and that makes me happy. Most people who complain about pizza in this area didn't grow up on typical "Miami Valley" pizza (very thin crust & sweet sauce); it's a regional taste like Cincy chili. This ain't New York or Chicago. And yes, they only take cash, but that's the SAME as one of the biggest, oldest well-known pizza chains in Dayton! My only complaints about this place, and the reasons I don't go here much at all, have to do with crust... both on the pizza, as well as the crusty, indifferent employees. Bottom line: the pizza is pretty good overall, the service, not so much. Oh, and it's a small store that is CARRY-OUT ONLY, so don't expect to sit down and eat unless it's in your car in the parking lot. If you're gonna do that, drive to nearby Jacot Park (behind Middletown Shopping Center).
Great sandwiches and pizza. We love to order different foods because they are all good. We have never noticed poor service. I say two thumbs up!!!!
Very pleased with the pizzas and they are always ready on time. Shaddocks beats the chains by a mile. The staff is always friendly even when they are busy.
Shaddocks has been here in Middletown for years. Their pizza is fantastic, as are the other choices like their sandwiches
(Italian sausage, meatball, mushroom gravy steak, and hoagie), specialty pizzas(BLT, Taco, Buffalo Chicken, Hawaiian & Chicken Bacon Ranch), appetizers, and side or Italian salad. The staff are courteous, efficient, and are known for the quality of all that they offer. They have Coke and Pepsi products, beer, and wine. I have always found their food to be delicious, especially the meatballs. They are a mainstay and better than any other pizza places. They have daily specials (Monday-Saturday. Catering available upon request.
This pizza is amazing! The garlic cheese bread was okay. The pizza is Is phenomenal!
Love this place. I enjoyed it as a child and am happy to report that despite having new owners the food is as good if not better than I remembered. The Mac & cheese pizza covered in BBQ Grippos is the bomb dot com. It vanished before I was able to take a photo of it.
This is, by far, the best pizza in town. They have cauliflower crust for pizza, which is good for those of us who are gluten-sensitive. It's delicious. The steak sandwiches are also amazing!

I used to be skeptical, but I’m sold. After about a dozen orders, I’ve never had a bad or late one. I always get carry out. My girlfriend likes ground beef on hers, which is the blandest pizza one could order. Still, the quality of the crust and sauce make it work. I get pepperoni on mine, and it’s tasty. Somehow they’ve figured out a way to be fast, inexpensive, consistent, and good.

First, the pizza and hoagies were excellent but the real Gems of this place are Eedie and Sandy. They were a pleasure to talk with and as sweet as can be. They mentioned that they are expanding with the opening of a bar/restaurant nearby very soon. Come here to get the best pizza in this town, you will be coming back, i know i will.

I read many of the reviews for this establishment and decided to give it a whirl. They offer a decent menu, fair pricing and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The quality of food was decent. I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza, bbq wings and their famous steak sandwich. I was pleased. They also have a wide selection of beer.
These are my favorite kind of establishments. Small home town feel and I would recommend.
