The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had sugar free syrups and a good selection of milks and coffee drink flavors. The atmosphere was very inviting . They had a mini art gallery with art by special need adults. The pastries are delicious with original flavors of nut and fruit breads. The only drawbacks were no breakfast or lunch sandwiches. My latte was too hot to drink so I had to wait for cool down. Enjoyed my visit 😎😉👍
Cute place! Weird aesthetic, but cute and homey. The coffee was good. They have the most flavors I have ever seen in a coffee shop. If you are in the town, there aren't many options for coffee/breakfast so this is a great local place to stop!
Nice little coffee joint in middletown off 122 tucked behind the ol cracker barrel and Wendy's. Fast friendly service with a drive thru. Perfect spot to start the morning with plenty of relaxing space to work from the laptop or scroll thru the socials. A handful of muffins to choose from. Large variety of coffee. Nothing crazy or fancy, just good coffee and good people.
After reading the reviews, my husband and I decided to give this place a try. Since his retirement, one of our favorite things to do is explore local coffee shops, so we have been to many of them.
The shop is a bit of the beaten path, but when we walked in I was pleasantly surprised with how cozy and inviting the shop was.
We were greeted very warmly and I immediately felt at ease with the friendly welcome.
We ordered off the seasonal menu. A pumpkin spice latte for me and a apple chai for my husband. I was disappointed our coffees came in styrofoam cups. I would have preferred a ceramic mug. It just adds to the experience and the environment. My latte was just ok. However, my husband’s drink was so scalding hot, that he burnt his mouth quite badly.
Overall I think the place is super cute and the service was friendly. Just not the best coffee I’ve had.
This is my absolute favorite coffee shop hands down. I have been coming here for years and they always have amazing coffee! Everyone that I have talked to have just been so kind and Erin and her team are amazing and very personable. They remember you and always let you know what wonderful sweet treats they have that week along with what new yummy syrup flavors to try in your coffee. My daughter loves coming here as well:)
An awesome family owned coffee shop with a hometown feel. The seasonal coffee selection's are amazing and highly recommended. We got a cloud 9 and banana split and they were both fantastic. The staff was friendly and courteous. I loved the vibe of the shop and enjoyed the dog picture books for entertainment. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for something different.
First of all, this place has the most wonderful lattes. I always get something different, and the staff is great about helping you decide what to try.
Secondly, they probably recognize that I always ask for "hot but kid's temperature" or a lower temperature, as my teeth are extremely sensitive to super hot or cold things and it can be quite painful. If I ask about this at most shops, the staff gets annoyed or forgets, and I feel like a burden. This place does NOT make me feel like a burden, and they usually remember to serve it warm (not hot), and this puts them at the top of my list for recommendations. THANK YOU for this!!
As a graphic design nerd, I absolutely LOVE the awesome colorful vibes on the inside. It feels like an open minded comfy space.

My favorite!! The staff is incredibly friendly every time I come, the atmosphere is great for getting classwork done, and no other coffee shop has been able to satisfy my sweet tooth this well. They always have the best seasonal flavors, so creative & delicious.
This was hands-down the best latte I've had in a long time when going out to a coffee shop. If you're tired of burnt or bitter coffee, check this place out. SO GOOD!! Thank you to the staff who did an exceptional job - this latte made my day.
Excellent coffee shop attention to detail your coffee comes out perfect my wife's always orders caramel macchiato from Starbucks and this is way beyond that just exquisite she said
We just stopped here a bit ago after lunch. Got a vanilla chai latte (in our top 3 we've had from anywhere in the country) and a cookies and cream frappachiller. Both are perfect, the service was great and a nice environment as well. Great job!

I'm updating my review and being more thorough this time.
First things first the Harvest Moon frap is amazing and the Caramel Sutra is richer and smoother than Starbucks or Dunkin.
The interior give quirky coffee shop vibes and offers a very main character moment with the games and different seating. (Think Gilmore Girls)
I encountered a problem during a previous visit and the owner (Erin) not only inquired about it right away but was so gracious in fixing it.
That kind of dedication to customer service is a rare find and that alone is worth putting this place on the map.
It doesn't hurt that the flavors they come up with are unique and balanced.
Great drinks and food and super cozy! Free WiFi too! I'd love to come back!
I absolutely love this place! Great coffee and great people. They care about you and it's locally owned. They make their own flavors and have specials each season. What's even cooler is that they will make any of their old flavors even if it's out of season. They also have a military discount of 50% off! Great people and great flavors.
My first visit the gal working was super friendly and went over all the flavored syrups and recommended the cold brew coffee. I went with the marshmallow and have been getting it ever since. I think she remembered my order after the third visit. Drive thru is convenient also. Great price on coffee too, and it tastes delicious.
Hands down the best coffee joint to go to. They got the best frappes (frappachillers) and wonderful fresh ground coffee you can buy for home use. They even helped me out with suggestions on making my own cold brew. The staff is some of the friendliest people you will meet. Definitely got lifetime customers out of me and my wife
Adorable spot! Welcoming atmosphere and exceptional staff. Fantastic lattes too! We found Straight Shot while in town for a soccer tournament and will definitely be back!
