UPDATE: The service and food has improved. We really enjoyed our breakfast there the last couple of times we went.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The food is usually good, but the kitchen staff doesn't seem to know the menu, so be sure you check your food for accuracy when served to you.
Also, service is hit or miss there. My visit before last, my friend and I had a horrible female waitress. We waited a very long time, about 10 minutes, just to place our drink orders. And for that to happen, I stopped a waitress and asked her to tell our server we had been seated, thinking the person wasn't told. Lo and behold, the lady I stopped was our server. She asked us to wait a bit more for her. Considering the amount of people in there, I found that a pointless request, considering it was far from filled, only about 5 tables had people and she had spent much of our waiting-time talking to and laughing with three ladies who had already finished and were just chatting and finishing their drinks. The rest of our time with her didn't improve, but I'll spare the rest of the poor service she provided.
Unfortunately, I have had more average to poor service here, than average to great
The last time my friend and I went, we had the best waiter ever! He was attentive and had a lot more tables to handle than the prior waitress. He got a huge tip and we told the manager he was excellent.
Enjoyed breakfast with my father. 1st time at this Bob Evan's. Friendly, attentive staff, seated right away, decent prices, enjoyed the Mason jars for my lemonade, door was sticky when grabbed handle coming in and windows dirty ( may want to check occasionally when customers low). I did see Supervisor on site asking how everything was. Overall nice experience. Thank you!
Bob Evans has become our go to place. Kids love the ambience and the food. Being vegetarians the variety becomes limited but if you try , you can find some options.
Had a new server (to me) Jordan and she was fantastic. Brought bill without having to ask, etc. Best wait staff experience I've had here. Atmosphere would have 5 stars but seat was in need of cushioning. Their BLT with a fried egg is fantastic
Stopped on for lunch - well, breakfast for me, actually. Had the French Toast with bacon, sausage, eggs and home fries.
As always, the food was cooked to perfection. I have never had a bad experience with any of the Bob Evans' restaurants I have visited.
Great place to eat: Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
A great place to stop for breakfast. Food was served quickly. Service was excellent. Love their biskets

I gave a 4 cause I ordered steak with mash and shrimp when my ordered came 2 the table I literally had 3 hard burt shrimp I bit it and it was so hard. But the waitress was nice enough 2 bring another side with now 4 on a plate.the cook who made it I don't know how someone would eat 3 hard shrimp.
We had a great experience from the time we walked in. This was our first time here. Mary Jo was our server and she was great! Very attentive and overall a great attitude. Even the other server who brought us our food was great! We will be back!
Never disappoints....been a few years since we had breakfast at Bob Evans but always consistent in quality.

I've been going to this Bob Evans for years, and haven't had a bad service or food. I usually get the fruit instead of the potatoes in the morning, which are fresh.
Nice menu, good food. Service usually very good. Last visit it wasn't.
They were extremely busy so we had to wait a long time. An elderly couple across from my wife and I asked me if. We had been waiting long? I jokingly responded “What day is this😅 The food was Delicious 👍👍. Kayla the Manager ended up waiting on us👏 She is VERY efficient and personable. Give her a RAISE immediately. We never felt so appreciated👍
Steak had good flavor. Cooked well. Very good for the price!
I really enjoyed my time here for breakfast. There wasn't a wait for a seat. My server approached as soon as we settled into our table. Our drinks and food came quickly. The server did not stand over us. We had space and she magically showed up as soon as we felt like something was needed.
I wasn't a huge fan of the checkout. No one was at the registered when we went to check out. Numerous staff members saw us and others, but did not communicate to the person working the register that a line was forming. She eventually looked up and approached herself.
Overall, enjoyable. I would definately go back.
