Quick service with a very nice employee. Sub was awesome. Great quick go to on a busy day.
It's a Subway in a gas station. Service was very good. I'm not happy they changed the sweet onion dressing, so I can't give 5 stars. Prices are also higher than they should be for a fast food sandwich.
I work nearby and stop there basically every day to pick up breakfast/lunch. They know me by name and know what I like to order. I keep going back not just for convenience, but because the staff are great. My experience there has always been good, and that helps to keep my day pleasant in general. Small things like friendly customer service matter a lot to me.
My experience at this subway was nothing less than Magnificent. Hailey was my artist at the time and now I understand why that’s what you call them. Sandwich was truly a work of art. She was kind and friendly and made me feel like my sandwich was important to her. She truly turned my day around with just her smile. Not that I could see it cause she was wearing a mask but I could tell. It was radiant. She deserves whatever she makes plus more. I would want no other person making my sub.
We went to a ballgame, and when it was done we went to Subway for supper. I had an Italian BMT. It's nice to be able to make it just the way I like it. Boy was it ever good! The service was great too. AND, it doesn't break the bank at checkout either. Good food, good service, and good prices will keep me coming back for more.!
Only bad thing is they are so so so slow ...i live in ludington and one kid during summer could dominate that place and it would be so packed but new he was good and so fast...miss thos egood ol days where people actually worked for their pay check now all they wanna do is whine and not work but still expext a pay check. So sad
Used to work here, has great customer service. Food is always fresh (deliveries twice a week and trust me that food flies from the fridge faster than a snake chasing a mouse)
Every trip I make is great. Friendly employees, small waiting time, food's always made correctly. Other Subways should use them as an example.

Great service, clean place. Had a great sandwich artist (Jocelyn I think her name was) make our food and she made the whole experience fun!
Great location! Coupons sent out monthly to the local community. Also part of the gas station. There is seating inside so you can eat.
Casey made for me a *picture perfect* sub, and it was delightful!! Service has improved greatly at this location. Yay! :)
