My husband and I tried the Red Plate Diner and really enjoyed it. Inside is reminiscent of the 50’s diners. I had the Bacon Cheeseburger, (keto-style, served with lettuce instead of a bun) and side salad. The beef patty was large and yummy and the bacon was perfectly crunchy.
My husband had the Tuna Melt, Onion Rings and Chocolate Shake. He liked his meal but next time will ask for a lot more cheese on the tuna melt.
We’ll definitely be back.
The red plate diner has always been one of my favorite places to go for a good sandwich or burger. The servers are always very nice and check on us often. Highly recommend!!
I tried this place for the first time today. It is on the other end of town from my home and job so never think of it when I want to order out. I am so happy that I finally gave it a shot. I ordered the Paulette sandwich with potato salad on the side and it did NOT disappoint! My co worker got the turkey club and enjoyed it as well. I really loved the atmosphere when I walked in to pick up my order so will definitely be dining in one day and maybe try one of the old fashioned floats, plus I cannot wait to try the other foods on the menu, it was so hard to choose because everything sounded so delicious. Service was fast and friendly!
This diner is the best around! Great food, spectacular service! Highly recommended. There is this thing they do here that's pretty awesome. They randomly pick a red plate for a lucky guest. If your food comes out on that red plate then your plate was paid for by the owner. This was an unexpected wonderful experience. Please come out to the red plate diner and enjoy the best home cooked meal you've had in a long time.
The service was good. Food good. This location was a different dinner type restaurant so they didn't up date the booth seats and some are in sad shape. Large dessert selection. Customers were a nice age mix. Young families to the grandparents ages. Very nice to see.
My wife and I have been eating here for over a decade and it has never disappointed. Clean, well staffed and always friendly.

They recently had to switch to a breakfast / lunch routine and the new breakfast menu is better than ever. We want to help get the word out about the schedule change. We feel it is more important than ever to support our local businesses, especially those that try to live up to the American Way.
A very pleasant experience here. Uplifting Christian music overhead, and respectful young people working. Oh yeah, the food is excellent. Regretfully, since hours were changed to serve breakfast and lunch only, we rarely get to come here now since we preferred to come for the dinner meal.
