The atmosphere in the little restaurant is fantastic. I loved the food. It was some of the best food I've had in a very long time. Darren the owner was one of the nicest person I've ever met. It's amazing that the water wheel still works even after almost being 200 years old. This is definitely a place you need to visit. Milford PA is a great little town with lots to see. The water wheel had some of the best food I've ever tasted as a I've been to a lot of good restaurants. You will be impressed with the food.

We enjoyed a late lunch and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the water. Vegetarian/vegan options available for our party of 6. Nice place, different food options, good service.

This is truly a hidden gem! What an amazing experience! The food was out of this world. It is a small place, but they make the most out of every inch; it is cozy and welcoming. The staff are the most friendly people. I honestly can't wait to go back! 5/5

Delightful atmosphere for Saturday morning brunch! Delicious foods, great service, friendly staff. Take a few minutes to walk through the self-guided mill tour while you're here.

Had a phenomenal meal here! Great service too. The croissant for the BLAT was delicious and the potato pancakes were SO good! Definitely would come back when I’m in the area again.

Nice place for an afternoon bite. Four of us, all eating the vegan choices - which were limited but good. Lattes come in cute but not easy to drink from glass cups; smallish for a latte. Ginger ale was great. Coffee was good. Wrap was described as having avocado but it did not. Asked if wanted spicy - YES! but not at all spicy.

This is by far the best French toast I’ve ever had! The service was nice. And the prices were reasonable. I will be definitely be coming back. If you happen to be in the area I recommend checking it out.

Waterwheel never disappoints. Great specials & I like how they rotate the beer selection so I get to try a different IPA each time I go. Servers are always on the ball and the owner is hands-on to make sure everything runs smoothly. Don't forget to check out the bar area downstairs, such a cool spot.

Hosted my daughter's baby shower at The Waterwheel Cafe. Cozy, rustic environment with great service and delicious food. Nancie and her team created a fabulous brunch which included gluten free options. Her attention to detail with the presentation of food was impeccable. Darren was so accommodating for any needs we had and the waitresses were amazing!! Would definitely book my next event here and plan to have brunch in the cafe more often.

A cozy, quaint eatery that does well to use the charm of the Poconos and old Americana as a strength. I came here for Brunch, and had an omelet packed with brie, sun dried tomatoes, and spinach; it was filling and satisfying. While the dining space is limited it only took twenty minutes for my group of five to get a seat. It is cramped so if you like to have a lot of space I would skip this place, but if that isn't an issue for you I suggest giving this place a visit.
