Visited with a group of about 25-30 after a funeral. Loved the food, service and atmosphere. I had pork and my wife had chicken. Both were delicious, neither over- nor undercooked. Coffee was fantastic. Service was attentive without being overbearing. Background music was just loud enough to enjoy without disturbing conversation.
The restaurant is spacious with a lot of seating for all types of parties. The food was outrageously good, hot and fresh. The staff is extra nice and very caring. I'll definitely will be back to try more.
Wonderfully curated menu combined with fresh homemade pasta and an inventive touch makes this a real winner if you're looking for fine Italian dining. congrats Milford, you don't have to go to Wooster square anymore to get a great Italian meal. The chefs attention to detail is reflected throughout the menu. Caesar salad for example comes with an accent note of thinly sliced pears. The fresh tomato sauce on the eggplant appetizer was amazing. The vodka sauce was extremely well done as was the light oil dressing applied to two pasta, broccoli rabe, and sausage. The homemade pasta melts in your mouth. The desert menu combines new ideas with old classics. It's a real find. The service is impeccable. And the staff is extremely friendly.
I had a wonderful experience this evening. I had been at this location before under different ownership. It was ok. Tonight, as I passed it, I realized it was a different name, and different ownership. It was wonderful! I had the octopus with arugula salad appetizer, so tender, it was if I was in Spain!!! So, I stayed and had the linguine di mare entree. The homemade linguine was light and delicious, cooked perfectly, the seafood and tomato sauce really yummy. I thought I was done, but I tried the cheesecake for dessert. It is not a traditional cheesecake, but BETTER! Somewhere between a flan and a cheesecake, creamy, homemade with raspberry and caramel sauce. Conchi is the owner and head cook. She came out to say hello. I'm not sure how she and her assistant get all the homemade items done, she must live in the kitchen! Everything so fresh and done with love, as if you were in Conchi's home. YOU MUST TRY IT!!!!!
Outstanding food! A hidden gem. The food is all home made, including pasta and dessert. Great menu selection and friendly, attentive staff.
