My husband, four little boys & I just enjoyed my birthday dinner here tonight. Everything was AMAZING! We are so thrilled to have discovered an authentic Chinese restaurant. Not only were we delightfully impressed by the food, but the service was top-notch. Everyone was so friendly & made us feel very welcomed. Thank you, Dumpling House, for a wonderful birthday dinner!

Veggie dumplings served w/ a light, slightly sweet soy sauce; absolutely perfect. Singapore Mai-fun. Thin rice noodles, served "dry" wirh a curry flavor. Singapore = chicken, pork, shrimp, egg and veggie. Nice little spice, but not even hot, just good. Shrimp just ok quality, but preparation was very,very good. Super clean bathroom. Nice guy at the counter.
Best Chinese food restaurant I've been to in southern CT. Food has a higher quality and more authentic feeling than your typical Chinese takeout fare.
I recommend the Cumin Tofu. Even if you're not vegetarian, they're unbelievably tasty!
First time visitor and the food was very good. I will probably be back soon as it is easy to access and lots of parking. They do make more than dumplings BTW.
It says authentic ... And it pulls off not being a chain Chinese quite well. Basic wonton, not overly salted eggrolls and curry with just enough spice to feel good on a sore throat. It also has a split takeout and sit down restaurant. Yes, they do sell broccoli which you can't get in China, and Pad Thai which isn't Chinese, they do have a "panda" in the kitchen.
The food is incredible and the service is great. Due to COVID, they only let you take-out/pick-up. They have the option to order online or via an app, making the experience quick and easy. Their dumplings are the absolute best. The food is overall fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend!

Yum! Dumpling House never disappoints. Owners are super friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious - particular favorite is the wonton soup with extra noodles. I'd like to see a few more non-spicy options on dinner menu (more for kids than me) but besides that all fantastic.
