I had been here under the past management multiple times, and while the food was always good, the service was atrocious. The drive thru was always packed because it took 10-15 minutes of waiting after ordering just to get a couple burgers and the staff members were incredibly rude. However, under the new management, the service finally seems to have improved. I ordered 3 burger meals, and 4 milkshakes. Got the milkshakes almost immediately, and only had to wait a minute or 2 longer for the burgers. Under the previous management I'm sure it would've taken 20 minutes, but I was in and out within 10 minutes. Finally glad to say the service is on par with the taste of the food. Also, I'd highly recommend the garlic burger and the birthday cake milkshake.
Drove 45 minutes to try this place out under the new management. Was seated quickly and with a warm smile. Service was excellent and the food was everything I could have imagined (then more). I got the chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake and the original prime burger. Both were made exceptionally well. I also added the special Steak 'n Shake seasoning to my fries (highly recommend). You can even buy some seasoning to take home with you! I also loved how you could see into the kitchen area to see how they were preparing your food. Lastly, the tables, chairs, and menus are clean and fresh!
This was our first visit under new management. The difference is incredible. The place is clean, service was fast,food was great. I only had one complaint,I ordered my burger without onions. It came with onions. The servers order said no onions. The mistake wasn't the server it was the kitchen. She apologized and offered to take it back. I declined, the wife and I had someplace to be. Under the old management I would not have been made that offer. I'm not a fan of their fries but MUCH better than they used to be. I'm going back.
I stopped through between jobs and tried it out. I've never eaten at one before. The food was good and reasonably priced.
A large banana shake, large fries, a coke, and a bacon double cheeseburger and a $2 tip final bill under $10 how is that even possible I love this place
This was my first visit and I had a great experience. The employee, Sierra J was really nice and the food was delicious. I tried the french fries and a cookie dough shake and I was very pleased!!
First time visiting this location and I had never experienced this type of location where you walked up to the counter to order instead of having a waitress wait on you. The service was still great, food good and location was clean.
I live this place. A variety of shakes and monster juicy burgers. They should have more of these in the DMV area but whenever I’m close I ALWAYS stop by. If you like Kit Kat, Reece’s, along with strawberry, banana, and chocolate shakes with candy in them then this is the spot. Oh yeah their burgers are good too!
Friendly staff and prompt service. S'nS has been sorely missed as our go-to when visiting South Carolina. It was a welcomed surprise to see this one was only a minor detour off our regular route.
After months of not coming to this restaurant because of poor management. I’m pleased with the experience now. Food was hot. Management very friendly. I told him it’s so much better then all the previous owners. This is my second visit and both times very good. 5 stars ⭐️
