Very good food. Love going here. Just can take a while since only max 2 people are making sandwiches for everyone. Also, they seem to run out of certain bagels whenever i go. But, still overall a very good place to get something to eat.
I was so Stoked to find a Bruggers Bagel. Haven't had one since 1997 when I lived in Boston Mass Ave. Days. Bread & Circus Days. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The Cashier took from the Tip cup to complete my transaction. I had purchased given a tip then decided to get Coffee after all...
Poor customer service. Ordered over the phone 2 dozen bagels, for pick up next morning.
No order was noted when I came to pick up bagels.
I was told to wait 20 minutes for them to make bagels. When I asked for a discount for inconvenience I was told by employee "she would look in computer"... ???.
The staff and manager here are incredible. They are super understaffed and are working overtime to make sure every customer is happy. Five stars in my opinion.
Very good and tasty food. My favorite is the turkey sausage egg and cheese :)
Edit: I have been ordering from here lately and it seems like less and less attention to detail is being given. Was given FROZEN DRINKS IN A TOGO BAG WITH HOT FOOD! My good was luke warm and my drinks still frozen. :/
I love the bagels and I love the food that they have. My encounter today at the Milton location was not good but quite disturbing. I am allergic to a certain kind of cheese letting the staff know should’ve taken care of the problem but the person making my bagel promptly put that specific cheese on
Terrible service. I was looking for bagels not bad attitudes. Won’t come back.
Apparently they don’t do refunds even when they get your order completely wrong
