No words except AMAZING!!! My boyfriend and I are from Syracuse, Ny, he works for Harley Davidson, no better hotel to stay at!! The staff blew us away with how courteous, friendly, outgoing they were! The decor is outstanding!! We went to the restaurant there, Smyth, for breakfast before we got our room, and I do have to say that our waitress, Shonda, was nothing but outstanding!!!! She totally went above and beyond for us. If you go to the Smyth restaurant (for like breakfast or lunch, don’t think she works dinner hours), I highly recommend that you ask for Shonda, you won’t be disappointed!!!
Place is great. Been there probably 25 or 30 times for brunch and dinner. Have even spent the night. Don't listen to the complainers on here. . . it's so easy to take pot shots online. Those people are probably never happy. As my Dad used to say, "You'd bitch if they hung you with a new rope". I've always had pleasant experiences here, and I highly recommend it.
This was our first visit here, and we were both very impressed. Very clean, smelled great
( even in the elevators), friendly staff and the outdoor patio is beautiful and relaxing.
We stayed in the upper loft style room, and the view of their patio was nice. Very clean room and the room was very quiet-never heard the train going by and was told that it traveled by our room at least 2 times during the night while we were there.
Will stay here again for sure.
This place is a gem. Ambiance was perfect, staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic. Especially brunch. Can’t wait to head back.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Iron Horse Hotel and could not have been happier with the experience. Our Concierge Kathy Trumbetas went above and beyond and was fantastic to work with. Kathy even stayed late top surprise my Wife with a rose petal turndown while we were out to dinner. Our spa treatments with Jana and Laura were outstanding - we will be back in June an cannot wait. Love absolutely everything about this hotel and staff.
Awesome place! Great combination of old industrial setting with modern luxury! Great accommodations, food, and very friendly staff. Quick easy walk over the bridge to the Harley Museum. Will be back again.

This place is amazing! Ultra modern rooms, great atmosphere and the staff were amazing! I was given a complimentary drink while the attendant was filling out the room info! Just what I needed after traveling all day!

Iron Horse is my FAVORITE place to stay in Milwaukee!! Have stayed here 4 times and have had a fantastic experience each time! The front desk is super polite, very attentive. Had drinks and snacks in the bar, great service! Food is exceptional for the Sunday Brunch. Highly recommend to anyone!

Iron Horse is an amazing hotel! The staff was the best we’ve ever had, extremely personable and professional. The hotel offers so much to see and do. You are welcomed with a delicious signature cocktail and the bar was inviting and full of any libation craving possible. The Smyth restaurant will satisfy any appetite. The The decor is top-notch and gives a feel of chabby chic with the original cream city brick, wood beams and warehouse structure with exquisite art and motorcycle memorabilia. The boutique offers the latest trends. Do yourself a favor visit and stay at the Iron Horse!
