Great bakery and such friendly staff! It would be awesome if you were all open on Sundays! Even if Til like 2pm...Sunday mornings are the day for bakery and ham!! Just a suggestion.

The best ham salad in town. Not to mention you can get the hot ham & rolls any day of the week. And how can you go past their table of goodies without falling into temptation? I know I can't.

Overall 4 stars. It would've been 5 stars But after ordering 2 strawberry coffee cakes, eating some and realizing there's Not a Single Actual Strawberry on Either Coffee Cake it changed my mind and is no longer 1 of favorites. I guess when you're younger you aren't concerned with things like real strawberries as you eat almost anything your parents bring home. EVERYTHING Else is Excellent and I will keep buying bakery, just not strawberry coffee cakes
Ordered my brother's birthday cake online and asked for it to have a nautical theme. It was ready on time, gorgeous, and delicious! Will definitely be back!!
This place has the best donuts. EVER! All other donuts are disappointing after you’ve had these. Phenomenally delicious! They have many other great foods and fun seasonal treats. The donuts are just in a league of their own. Go early for the best selection. They are frustratingly closed on Sundays, but that’s not nearly enough to lower their rating. Go and you won’t regret it. 5+ stars
The best place in the Milwaukee area to get bakery, cake, or hot ham and rolls. This is my go to place if I am ordering a cake for a birthday or family event! Everything is so fresh and worth every dollar. Highly recommend the mint brownies or a chocolate eclair!
Lovely service and tasty products. Wide variety of specialty sugar cookies, donuts/pastries, soft breads, and cakes. Had food from here a dozen times and today my first trip in. 5 out of 5.

Donuts and bread was great, but we went for there special rolls and they only sell them on special order now. Everything was still tasty. Friendly place
This was my second time there. Amazing bakery and the staff were very kind. Kept up with the flux of orders and answered my question. Also, bread is delicious! Try the cinnamon bread. You won't be disappointed!
Also, pictured is my favorite thing to buy there. It's a loaf of cinnamon bread. Enjoy it with a touch of butter toasted or untoasted.. Or use it in a bread pudding recipe! Either way, delicious!
The staff are kind and very helpful, going above and beyond expectation as their baseline for every customer. No wonder this place is filled with happy customers all day. The delicious bakery speaks for itself.
National Bakery is better Than #1 its exceptional and our family has been coming here for over 60 years and It's the GOD honest truth when I say it's always been an amazing experience and you'll always be delighted with the food! This last time I worked with Mandy at the original location on 16th and she is the Bomb! If you've never gone your missing OUT! They are almost 💯 years old and the BEST!
Good little grab & go bakery(no seating). It was a very tasty, crispy Danish! They only have a 6 space parking lot, so you might have to park on the street.
I'll definitely check out the sandwiches next time I'm in the area. Trueley worth a second visit!
I wanted to try everything, but not eat everything! So I bought a glazed, cinnamon roll, and maple danish and just ate 1/2. So good!
It's a great bakery, not much else to say really. I love their cookies.
Walked in hungry from the hospital across the street. I am generally not a big donut fan and asked to just pick me their favorite one. WOW. Before leaving the hospital for the morning, I went back in and bought a dozen mixed donuts and a dozen cookie to bring back to work. They were all gone in minutes. The service was friendly and efficient and the baked goods were out of this world. I will be returning frequently to start trying the deli as well.
I remember my grandma getting ham and rolls from here but I stop for the AMAZING decorated sugar cookie. The baby Yoda for Valentine's Day was the cutest thing ever!
It's a great place to order cakes if you want a meme cake or copyrighted material cakes or cupcakes they are a friendly staff there that are very helpful.
