It was everything I had hoped. Been to a Cali location and usually everything is better there but this location in WI did NOT disappoint!

Being in a wheelchair, it’s sometimes difficult to get to some places. The shake shack was worth the journey. I went for lunch yesterday with my mother. Once I rolled in the worker instantly asked where I’d like to sit and accommodated by removing a couple chairs so I can just pull up in front of the table. And they did this when it was a seat yourself facility. So they went out of their way for me my mother and my wheelchair. Bravo to them. I ordered The bacon avocado burger. Patty 100 percent beef cooked to perfection. Toppings as fresh as just picked from the garden. Fries were a crispy crinkle but not to crispy. Being on Dialysis 3times a week I should not be eating things like this but it was a cheat day. Hey I won’t tell my Doctor if you don’t. LOL. It was well worth it. Seemed every bite was more mouth watering than the last. I washed it all down with a large Sprecher root beer excellent addition to my meal. They of course had shakes many varieties but what some don’t know is that they have non-dairy shakes for those that are lactose intolerant. I recommend the shake shack to everyone. You must try a burger from there with fries and a shake. Also have vegetarian and vegan options.
I've been to Shake Shack three times, and I can confidently say it's a fantastic restaurant deserving of 4 stars! I've had the pleasure of trying everything on their menu, and each visit has left me thoroughly satisfied. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the shakes are creamy and indulgent, and their crinkle-cut fries are the perfect side. The consistent quality and friendly service make Shake Shack a must-visit for burger enthusiasts.
Very busy, but very friendly, and quick. The kids love Shake Shack and they are extremely allergy friendly. We go out of our way to hit up this burger joint because we trust that the kids will be safe. This is my son's favorite burger and he is pretty good judge.
Very nice burger: flavorfull and juicy patty. Yummy fries but were just warmed. Sauce was nice but flavor could be more intense.

I loved it my very first time trying it and it was so delicious. The burgers were a tad bit greasy but they had so much flavor . I had gotten the hot one burger and it had just the right amount of hot . The chicken nuggets were fresh and juicy . And the fries were amazing with cheese sauce . They even had a pupacino for my puppy . Made with ice cream and dog biscuits.
It’s quick but this time I had it to go and the time I arrived picked it and arrived at the hotel it’s not as good as if u will eat it while still hot .

Amazing burgers, spicy fries are actually spicier than I expected, but GOOD! Service is always good. Atmosphere is good as long as you don't mind the liberals too much. 🤷🏼♀️
Went here with my 10 year old son. The cookies and cream milkshake was excellent. The avocado bacon burger was good but the bacon was too soggy and the sauce was bland. The crinkle cut fries remind me of school lunch and the cheese sauce is bland. The service was great. Staff were friendly and efficient at serving food but the tables weren't clean.
This Shake Shack is quick to send orders out via UberEats + my food is always delicious. Have had great experiences so far. French fries are delightful.
Burger and fries were pretty tasty. But the manager seemed to allow his staff to gossip in a group rather than focus on getting orders out. I didn't have to wait too long, but it would have been significantly less if staff were actually working.
Not bad for Sunday dinner after a long term walking trial. The fries are so delicious, but I don’t like their chicken bites. Hamburger is great and also the shake. Before I went into the restroom, everything is so cool, I guess the previous guests are not well using it....terrible.
First time visiting a shake shack. Staff was warm and friendly. Service was prompt. French Fries with cheese and bacon were underwhelming, but the shake stack was delicious. Also had the cookies and cream shake and loved it!
Stopped over here for lunch and then movies with my older brother. I love Shake Shack so much and wish there were closer locations, but I'm always happy with getting Shake Shack whenever I'm downtown. I had an amazing triple chocolate brownie shake it was so good. The nuggets are my absolute favorite of all the fast food nuggets, and their bacon cheesy fries are so great. My brother likes their standard shack burgers and he also loves the shakes and fries. I highly recommend coming here whenever you're nearby. Absolutely will be back.
