Me and my daughter frequently visit this location and the ladies there are amazing and the food is yummy as my daughter tells me
I live in Arizona now and we don't have Cousins. I crave it when back in WI and always visit this location. Great food and friendly service. Best fries ever!

Can be challenging pulling in off of Greenfield, service is getting better @ this location
Nov. 20, 2022 Update:
I am raising my rating from two stars to four. This location has improved significantly in the last six months. The wait time has decreased to where I rarely have to park. The quality of the sandwiches has consistently improved in terms of how they are made. The price is still too high, but there's not much else you can expect in this economy. So two-out-of-three improvements is pretty good.

"I wonder why this place is always empty?"
I found out why.
After parking and waiting...and waiting...and waiting (I was the only car there), I finally received my food. $12.50 for a six-inch sub (which they amusingly call a "seven inch," like a guy desperately trying to overcompensate), large fries (what fast food places used to serve as "medium" back in the day), and a "regular" drink (what used to be called "small"). The sandwich itself looked like it was slapped together by someone who was either in middle school or had never before made a sandwich in their life. More ingredients were outside the bun than inside. On the plus side: if you are desperate for food and don't care about quality, cost, or waiting time, then welcome home, my friend.
Been here many times. Always fast, friendly service. Fresh, delicious sandwiches. Subway who? Cousins is leaps and bounds better. Good location, and as I mentioned, staff has always been friendly and efficient. If you are gonna do subs, go here.
This Cousins Subs location is very good place to come to. Friendly staff and helpful. The order was very accurate and fast. Even though that was a to go order the place was very clean in the seating area and the bathroom as well cleaned. I highly suggest that you can come here and know that the place is good and relax while eating here. There was only problem this last time that I was there (June 11th. On the steak and cheese it didn't have the lettuce and tomatoes on it.
This location is always clean and the staff are friendly. Every once in a while I am hungry for a sub, and I love supporting a Wisconsin company. My goto is chicken cheddar deluxe. Tasty!! They also make great shakes, although I didn't get one this time.
I've always been a fan of cousins but today I went to this location and unfortunately all of the employees were walking out due to corporate. The manager there was wonderful they said that it's been a perfect storm of issues and the entire staff was walking out forcing them to close. They also let me in on a little fact that corporate is only paying these poor kids $10 an hour! Sandwich makers made more when I worked their years ago and corporate should be ashamed of themselves for this. The gentleman that I was speaking to said he just recently received a raise to $13 an hour. $15 an hour needs to be the minimum and someone with experience making $10 an hour and only getting 13 to try to keep them as utterly ridiculous.
Food was ready before it said it would be done. And fresh
I always have a good experience here at 65th and Greenfield Avenue. Unfortunately this time the sandwich maker was talking on her phone while making sandwiches not cool, the other one was chewing on gum. For those people that don't get it,it's unsanitary saliva can end up in your food. I for one would not be happy about that. Other then that I have no other complaints.
On my way to wrestling we stopped at cousins sub I bought 2 Tuna Subs with onions 4 peanut butter cookies 2 cherry coke s subs food was great I will come back went to wrestling
