We ordered 4 Samosas on call and we went to pickup and when we came home there were no Samsoas ! They have such bad hearing. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good place and good food. I’m saying this as being a regular customer.
I’ve known them for nearly 19 years. Good people , better than best food and Bharat mart
Nice grocery and excellent vegan restaurant for Indian snacks. Reasonable prices compared to other monopoly Desi grocery in Milwaukee
Nice store clean and lots of stuff, and veggies food all ways fresh and healthy tasty food
Always well stocked. Great service. I accidentally broke a jar of ginger garlic paste after I paid for it and was loading to my car. They cleaned it up and gave me another free bottle. That is how you do business.
I love the Samosas. Reasonable price, and its really rare to see indian stores in MKE these days ( even though theres a maharaja store on the street) I just have one problem. When they say the time to come pick them up, they say to wait longer because they haven’t finished.
Our doctor pointed us here to get items to increase our health.
The food is top notch.
It's a place I love to gather with my friends.
I also like to shop the grocery for spices and fresh ginger and garlic.
Definitely my favorite Indian restaurant in this area!
My daily dose of homesick food was located here..I liked the paneer Butter masala n dal makhni,Samosa n the list is so on. It's my kids fav restaurant throughout Milwaukee.
Best Indian food I’ve had since living in the U.K. 😁
I got a lil’ sentimental and teared up being in the store. It’s refreshing to live in a diverse area where so many cultures can learn and connect to one another.
That’s one of the nice things of living in London (when I was there), is a global culture. Milwaukee seems to be developing in a global cultural way. It’s nice. Getting to know it piece by piece.
Also I found spices and grocery items I’ve been wanting. Look forward to learning what other things I can cook with.
Very friendly and welcoming.🌟
Food is wonderfully prepared and delicious. 🌟
Very appreciative of my experience here. 🌟
Thank you! 😁
Amazing food in restaurant. I really like samosa here.

I had a loft of fried foods this week so I was hungry for a vegetarian meal and I saw a bright red sign reading VEGETARIAN on the door of the Indian Bazaar Milwaukee on South 27th Street. I am not familiar with East Indian food, but fortunately, like most Asian establishments, there was a picture menu on the wall. I ordered the Vegetable Biriyani (#4 of the rice specialties). This place forked over a hearty serving for a hungry person. The store has many East Indian cultural food products throughout and also religious knick-knacks under the register desk. I will try more items whenever I am in that part of town.
I included the menu that they gave me.
Good store to buy desi food items vegetables, grains, snacks and sweets.
The Store owner needs to maintain cleanliness on floors, cash counter and shopping basket.
Price wise it's neither cheap nor expensive.
