Excellent food, friendly fast service, nice atmosphere. The cocktail menu is very nice, including some fun, unique options as well as the classics.
Great options for anyone with dietary restrictions, knowledgeable staff, and decent amount of information on the menu.
We had chicken wings as our appetizer - fantastic! We each had a pasta dish. Mine was gluten-free mosticcioli and my friend got the beet pasta. Both dishes were very flavorful with large portions.
Highly recommend!
We came here to visit with friends. I ordered the Gluten Free Alfredo. It was O.K. nothing special. It was just sauce and noodles. No Parm on top or other things. Other people's non gluten free dishes looked great and everyone seemed to really enjoy it.
Our server was amazing and super nice and kept checking in with us and the manager on duty stopped by to check in as well which is always nice.
If you are a RUM fan, pass on the Eldorado 15, for $25 it's not worth it. I wanted to try it because I was never sure about buying the $60 bottle with little reviews from people/places I trust. I'm glad I never bought a bottle, and I kind of wish I hadn't bought the glass either.
Atmosphere was nice, and people had a good time. Next time I may try a different gluten free dish.
Worth the 30 minute wait time!
Our server was amazing, best wishes to her in Brooklyn, NY!
The food was delicious. I would have had triple the amount of olives on my pizza though. Typically I don't order pizza, but I was in the mood. The wings and Parm sauce -- I am craving them again. I tested out my friends pasta dish, she ordered it gluten free, when I come back again, it's what I'm eating. Our appetizer was delicious as well.
We dined outside, it was a beautiful evening, and I loved the atmosphere. Dining inside would be a bit noisy but nothing too bad.
Compliments to the staff, from the host at the door, the one that seated us, our server, the food and drink runner, the bussers, etc. You all worked well together!!
Meatballs are amazing. Great wine selection definitely recommend Red Rabbit.
The sausage and peppers reminded me of Sunday Italian dinner with my family, awesome.
Will be back soon
Delicious food! This was one of my favourite restaurants during my stay at Minneapolis their beet pasta was super fresh and the cauliflower soup was one of a kind! Highly Recommend
Overall good food and service, can’t complain. I recommend the arancini app! We sat at the bar while waiting for our table and enjoyed some yummy cocktails.
Went for lunch with some good friends who have never been. We have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. Everything we ordered was cooked as expected and no one was disappointed. Our server Ryan was very knowledgeable and attentive. He gave good advice and answered all our questions. One of our favorite places to go when we visit the big city from our suburban country town.
I made reservations for a group of 12 for my sister’s bachelorette dinner. Everybody really enjoyed their meals the service was great! A few of us shared the garlic bread and the meatballs to start and we really liked both - their red sauce is so flavorful and delicious. I ordered the cavetelli and it was amazing! The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sausage was spicy and tender. The white wine sauce was really light and fresh. I loved this dish and would definitely order it again! Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
This was our first visit to this restaurant and we enjoyed it. The staff was excellent and the food was good. It’s a short walk from son-in-law’s apartment so we will be here again.
Each time I've visited, the Red Rabbit has been consistently good -- good food, good service, good ambience. Some of the menu items are noteworthy, such as the spicy salami pizza, the homemade pastas and the sticky toffee cake. This time I had the oysters which were fresh and served with 3 distinct sauces. If you're looking for a solid bet for a good meal, Red Rabbit is a good choice.
Omg. Pasta has amazing. I’ve heard of this place, but never ate here before. Definitely recommend the Alfredo and the Cavatelli.
I had the mostacholi as well as my girlfriend . We also got the sticky toffee cake and ate it so fast I couldn’t take a picture . This place was amazing and the server was one of the best servers I’ve had at any restaurant . Shout out to Ebenezer for the amazing night .
This place is one of my favorites in the Twin Cities for many reasons! It is located in North Loop, which is an area friendly for weekend night gatherings. It serves excellent Italian food while not charging exuberant prices. It has a virtual waitlist that allows you to know how close you are in getting seated. It has great decor containing some images of iconic figures like Prince, Muhammad Ali, etc.. Although I would recommend changing the Michael Jackson American Gothic picture as back in the days it sparked controversies regarding the racist "monkey" word above Michael's head. In terms of food, first of all, out of all things, the sticky toffee cake is a MUST HAVE. I can safely say it is one of the best dessert items I have had anywhere in Minnesota! I have been to Red Rabbit a few times, and I get the dessert every time. I also recommend the garlic bread cheese curds as a good appetizer. For pasta, despite cavatelli being a popular item, I personally think other pastas are just as good! Definitely not saying that cavatelli is not good, but I am recommending everyone branching out to try other pastas, too! The shrimp garganelli, the mostaccioli, the impossible bolognese, and so on, are all just delicious. Even the pasta itself tastes very appetizing, let alone the sauce, the meat, and the cheese. Prepare yourself for a carb meal! Going back to desserts, I will also recommend the chocolate budino. As for the beignets, they taste good, but you will have to purposefully not expect southern style beignets to enjoy them, so that expectation does not clash with reality. There is nothing southern about merlot glaze that comes with the beignets, so just treat them as a separate individual entity to enjoy them! Next time I visit here, I have to try their pizza! Nowadays I just do not eat a lot of pizza due to diet, but the next time I do, I will make sure I give this place a shot!
We were new patrons and sat at the bar. I'd had Red Rabbit saved on Google maps as a top 50 restaurant in the US for quite some time before visiting.
Hunter was our bartender, he went above and beyond with his service and personality. Pizza was great, Hunter ensured all our cocktails were craftfully made, and it all added to our experience.
A nod to the rest of the bar staff as well, they were all great and personable.
Next time we're nearby, we will be back again.
Red Rabbit was pretty awesome! The location is fun and the atmosphere is relaxing. Every item we ate was delicious...from appetizers to desserts. It was perfect for the chilly, rainy day outside. I will definitely go back and it is worth the trip if you've never been.
We were in town from Seattle and staying down the street. Stopped in for dinner and drinks. Really enjoyed the pizza and the drinks were well-made. We sat at the bar and the service was excellent. The bartender was friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back!
Just really good food. We hadn't been, but after the first time this place will be in the rotation. We had a great time, service was good. The fall special was spectacular. Also reasonably priced for the quality. We like the atmosphere, it's a cool building and space. Haven't sat outside but that area appears nice as well.
Five of us met for a family birthday on Black Friday. We received a friendly greeting upon arrival and were allowed to pick our table as our family is picky about where we sit which was nice they let us do so. We shared a huge charcuterie board large enough for 6+, had pizza & lasagna for our entrees, all of which were amazing and a super chocolatey dessert, also great! We stayed just under 4 hours and had three great gents all attending to our every need the entire time. It was Happy Hour from 2-5:30pm with 5 different martini options available for $7 a piece. Yes, you read that correctly, SEVEN DOLLARS for AWESOME martinis!!! It was one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had and all of us said we will absolutely be going back as our experience was nothing but GREAT!
