Absolutely would recommend anyone to go. The service was amazing (special thanks to Audrey) and the food was delicious. I honestly think this is the best experience we've had at a restaurant so far.
We started out with drinks - a Minnesota margarita and a Devilish Daiquiri. Both were very good. For dinner, we had the Triple C burger and the Beer Battered Walleye with sides of Parmesan fries and garlic sauce.
I would always recommend getting a reservation here to guarantee a table due to it being aesthetically interesting and having good food.
We hope to come back for breakfast!
I love this place! Only had breakfast there a couple of times. Their dishes are very creative & well executed. Good size portions too. Great place to go before a Vi-Queens game. Had the walleye hash, my buddy had, good gosh I can't remember the name of it. Just show them the picture when you get there and they'll recognize it. Employee owned, go support them!
Decided to check out their Christmas set up. It was a fun experience and they had a little bit for everyone. Service was good, staff was friendly.
Tried -
Poutine - good, would have enjoyed it more if the cheese was a bit more melted
French Dip - really good, meat was tender, bun was soft but stood up to the dunk in the aujus. For the rossti potatoes, not my favorite, should have asked what they were to make sure it was what I was expecting.
Delicious dinner with a variety of vegetarian and gluten free options and big portions! I ordered the warm greens grain bowl with chicken tinga and their bleeding heart brownie for takeout. I was really impressed with the quality of the greens and the lemon vinaigrette dressing was delicious! There was so much food that I had to save my dessert for a different day. The brownie was fine, but I really enjoyed the unique raspberry juice caviar. Although I ordered takeout, when I went to pick up my food, they had very fun themed decor too
Food was superb. I'm fairly certain they forgot that we had checked in early for our reservation, but sat us immediately when we inquired about it 20 min past time. Service was super slow and our waitress had 2 large parties next to us, we again we seemed forgotten. We were not in a hurry, so overall still totally worth it!
Yep it’s Hell. They follow the theme quite well. The food was fantastic and is definitely a must visit spot for those visiting the city.
Food:
The French dip was probably the best I’ve had in my entire life.
The smashed burgers were awesome and had this cool burn mark on them.
The chicken sandwhich was well worth the money with a massive filet.
The ribs, a massive plate of ribs!
I loved my experience dining in hell.
My husband brought me here for my birthday, at my request. We were grated by a familiar, albeit masked, face when our server turned out to be a previous coworker! Needless to say, we were given premium service and quality food on a day when such simplicity in life is cherished. Thanks Marianne and all the staff at Hell's Kitchen!
1st time here. I've been wanting to come here for some time and finally got the chance to cross it off my to go list. Made reservations a couple of days ahead of time for a Friday night outing. Interesting place. Layout is separated so you can experience a new atmosphere. Decor is unique and original to the hellish theme. Family friendly, date night friendly, etc. Ordered "bartender surprise" drink, and it was the hit at our table. Service was fast & and the server was friendly, polite, prompt, & knew his stuff. Kudos! The food was, I hate to say it, ok. Food was luke warm for two of our plates (ribs & mac-n-cheese). The other plate (burger) was warm & delicious. I expected... well, had my expectations maybe set too high. Would I come back? Yeah, probably. Definitely want to try the Bloody Mary Bar.
Never a disappointment here. Routine w family or out of town guests. Well cooked steak. Hot sauce choices are amazing. The Best Bloody Mary Bar I have ever seen.
I think this was the perfect choice for our first meal in Minneapolis. After a day of traveling we were starving. Stumbled across this when searching google and figured it was worth checking out. The atmosphere was the first major plus. Loved all of the pride regalia. The service was fantastic. I cannot remember our servers name, but he was so personable. The food was fabulous. I highly recommend the cheese curds. The deviled eggs were great too. Definitely more mustardy than the ones from back home, but still delicious. The burger was tasty, I loved the cheese in the middle. If you are looking for a bite in the downtown area, definitely check this out.
My friend and I came here for lunch and sat at the bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a little late for our food but it was getting crowded so that was expected. The food was OK. I was in the mood for pancakes and the only option they have is lemon ricotta. They were very moist however the lemon flavor was strong and I just want regular pancakes. My friend had to ask Benedict and she said it was a strawberry lemonade taste to it as well, but she scraped it away and it was fine.
This spot always delivers a delicious and enjoyable experience. It had been more than 10 years since we last visited and we were thrilled to find it as wonderful as we remembered! Pro Tip: order the sausage bread, spread peanut butter on it, and top it with a layer of the Manoomin porridge. Sooo good!
Great food and price, definitely worth one or two stops if you're on vacation in Minneapolis. Food is interesting but not overpriced, affordable for a trip here. Decor is fun and a nice change from the usual pub or grill. Servers are fun and make for great conversation, give good suggestions on the menu too. There is a 15% service fee but it's pretty much in place of a tip and it's distributed to the staff to ensure they're paid well for their work. I'm definitely coming back if I'm in the area!
Had a wonderful experience while in town with my mother and son for his college visit. Waitress and staff were wonderful and band was awesome. Of course, the food was spectacular as well. Highly recommended and top of my list anytime in Minneapolis.
A very eclectic restaurant but the food was really good. The creepy photos startled me when I went into the bathroom but I get that it's Hells Kitchen. Wait staff extremely friendly. I came for brunch but I will need to come back for dinner to experience more.
I wished that they had more choices that were keto friendly.
The ribs were so tender and amazing.
The cheese curds were a favorite.
The taco thing did not have any meat. You can add for additional price. It was okay dish.
The juicy Lucy was amazing. But if you prefer you burger to be cooked more, def let the chef know.
Great atmosphere. A great place for kids and families.
Amazing cocktails and brunch! Service/staff were very formerly and were able to help navigate us through the many amazing infusions they have created!
