The staff is always wonderful and friendly! The food is ALWAYS FRESH and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! My favorites are the "Combination Dinner", "Lebanese Chicken and Rice" (so good!), and the "Lamb Shish Kabob" (so tender and delicious!). But really EVERYTHING is so fresh and delicious! I highly recommend trying!

Absolutely delicious. The best Lebanese food I’ve had in the U.S., with an exceptional home-cooked food menu (as opposed to more traditional mezza menus) that is not common in other Lebanese and Mediterranean restaurants I’ve visited so far. I had Kousa (stuffed zucchini), Warak Enab (stuffed vine leaves) with a side of yogurt, and a Tabboule salad (it did not look great at first, but the first spoonful made me change my mind. It had an excellently balanced dressing that reflects authentic Tabboule flavors). My friends had Loubye (flat green beans) stew with tomato sauce, rice, and meat (the portions of beef were generous and the flavor was spot-on), and lamb kebab (super juicy and delightful to eat). Not all meat options are Halal, so be sure to inquire about which ones are the Halal options. The Baklava was also unique in that its stuffing had the typical filling for the Maamoul dessert. While it is not identical to the usual Baklava stuffing, it is a rich and unique twist to it. I also did not have the chance to take photos of our platters, I only managed to take a picture of the Tabboule salad (also the first entry), and then I got distracted with the good flavors… It is a must-try for Lebanese people missing home and those curious about “hidden menu” items of Lebanese cuisine.

A neighborhood diner serving up authentic and fresh Lebanese food in a friendly atmosphere. Walk in and fiend yourself in a cafe that could be on the streets of Beirut. The place was packed for lunch on a Friday. After eating here today, I see why. This place serves up authentic meals without Americanizing them. I got the daily special as it is affordable and offers a selection of tabouli, pita bread, stuffed grape leaves, cabbage, and Kibbi (a baked (or raw) spiced meat specialty). A generous potion of it was served up fresh and hot. The food is not particularly colorful when it comes to presentation. But it is full of the subtle flavors of the Middle East and Mediterranean. Note this is not fast food. It took just over 20 minutes to get my order. This is a place intended for relaxed conversations with family and friends. I love that there are no distracting TVs. Indoor dining and take away options. The dining space is small but they put as many tables and chairs in as possible. Family friendly. Order take away from the counter. If you’re dining in, just sit down at one of the tables. Free parking is on the street. If you’re tired of Americana food, give Emily’s a try soon.

Still the best place! I've been coming to Emily's since I was 5 years old. I use to go to there the most when me and my grandmother would go. I haven't been able to go and get all my favorites for quite some years now and today I went and got all my favorites and they all are the exactly how I remember them. 😊 I'll have to go and get more on Payday! Thank you Emily's for such amazing food and memories!

This was an excellent experience for Sunday lunch sitting outside under the small pergola attached to the deli/cafe which is in a residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff and terrific portions of food. We enjoyed the large appetizer plate with hummus, olives, feta and babaganoush and flatbread and entrees of chicken and rice and potatoes with a spiced red sauce. Entrees come with soup or salad. Good coffee and recommended.

I recommend coming here. The food was delicious and the service was personable. The prices are reasonable as well. I look forward to eating here again next time I am near. (and there is plenty of parking in the rear).

Great little place where you can either sit down or take out. The cashier/waitress was very friendly! I got take out, a 1/2 grilled chicken kabob and a 1/2 kefta kabob both with rice, the yogurt dip lubin and some tabbouleh. The lubin was ok, not what I had pictured but that's on me. The tabbouleh was super fresh and flavorful, great to put on the bread. Both the chicken and kefta were freshly grilled and delicious, as was the rice.

It was our first time to visit this restaurant; hence, we ordered many dishes. The place is clean, nice, and cozy. We ordered hummus, spinach pie, Kibbi patty, lamb shish kabob, and the Lebanese chicken & rice. The Tabouli salad was recommended to us by our server. It’s very good! We enjoyed the food especially the lamb shish kabob, the Lebanese chicken & rice, and the crispy spinach pie. The lamb shish kabob is as good as it looks. It’s tender and has the right amount of spices. It’s best to dip the meat with Tabouli salad. Overall, we’re happy with this NE restaurant!

Emily’s is close to the house and that’s a good thing! Prices are good, food is good, service is good! There’s something about the meat pies that makes them just so perfect! Delicious olives! The tabouli salad is fantastic! The chicken kabob is great! I suppose I could go on and on, so just go check it out for yourself. It’s worth seeking out.

Delicious food, friendly staff, affordable prices, cozy and quaint atmosphere - what more can you ask for from a Deli? This was my first Lebanese restaurant/food experience but I was there to meet up with a friend who knew what she was talking about when she recommended it as ‘good Lebanese food’. I have to trust her on that but it was definitely good food! I didn’t know what half the dish names referred to but everything we had was delicious! Knowing now what tabbouleh is, I would expect not to like it but I have Emily’s to thank for that delicious experience! I definitely recommend and I will definitely be back!

Cute little local neighborhood staple of Lebanese cuisine. I enjoyed the lamb kabob, lamb roast soup, spinach pie, & baklava. I would definitely suggest any one interested in the neighborhood or just passing by on university. If it's good enough for Guy Fieri it's got to be good enough for me.
