Wow! What a hidden gem, we were told of this place by our waitress at Red Waggon Pizza and she was right. Can't miss ice cream joint! Had the Oreo cookie ice cream sandwich, to die for!

Best ice cream shop ever. The Raspberry Chocolate Chip has been my favorite ice cream for over 25 years. Love this place.

This is my favorite ice cream stop in the Twin Cities. I love the Pavarotti. A delicious blend of banana ice cream, chocolate and caramel! Worth any wait. Everytime. I also step out and enjoy the flavor formerly known as Nicollet ave pothole, Minneapolis vanilla, raspberry chocolate chip. Keep up the excellent work!

I absolutely love the pavorati ice cream. I sometimes decided to go with some of the temporary flavor specials, but I don't go here enough for that...so I stick with the pavorati now. All the flavors are really good.

So happy Sebastian Joe's finally has vegan ice cream! The Nuclear chocolate pudding and strawberry are amazing! Please keep more vegan options coming!

I have been going here for 18-20 years. Every time I come back into town from Seattle it is always a must to go get some amazing ice cream. I have never been disappointed

I love the unique flavors and that you can taste them beyond the sweet cream. And they really pack their scoops tight. Please open a store in St Paul!

Great small ice cream shop near the lake! Has a good amount of seating although no parking! I have tried most of the fun flavors at this point and I won't lie, my favorite is raspberry chocolate chip by far! Most of the other flavors I haven't enjoyed as much. The pothole flavor tastes more like a Tootsie roll than chocolate so wasn't a huge fan. The lemon lime sorbet was a bit too sweet for me. Overall though it's up to opinion, recommend checking it out and trying some of the ice creams!

Oops, I took the picture until I gave many bites. Ordered salty caramel and Pavarotti. Salty caramel was fine. I was not super amazed by that. But Pavarotti was great! I love the banana taste inside the Pavarotti. There are a plenty of options to try. Also, you can have a lovely space to enjoy the ice cream indoor and outdoor. Overall, I pretty recommend.

Arguably the best ice cream in the twin cities. Take a short walk to the lake for an upgraded experience. Too many amazing flavors to call out, but on this outing I got raspberry chocolate chip and Oreo, both of which never miss.

Very fortunate to have Sebastian Joe's in my cozy Linden Hills neighborhood. Hands down my favorite homemade ice cream in the Twin Cities with a friendly and playful staff. Great coffee and pastries too. The fireplace room and outdoor patio are pleasant spaces to relax and meet up with friends and family. Check it out!

5 star experience! Shop was clean, as were tables and seating area. Ice cream was delicious! Got the coffee and vegan strawberry flavor. Refreshing and creamy! Doesn’t lack any flavor even though it’s vegan. We went around 8:00 at night on a Monday and the place was pretty empty, but we didn’t mind😆 Really tasty ice cream and a great experience all around!

Great family my ice cream shop--offering loads of flavors bit also dairy free options that are not just sorbet! (Though they could use more...) The dairy free cookie dough ice cream is quite good and pictured below. they are super family friendly with a great outdoor space where you can sit outside and enjoy your ice cream. However just being a couple blocks off Lake Harriet it makes it a perfect stop off point as you circumnavigate the lake on your evening walk. Good customer service and close to all the little shops of Linden Hills.

We were here on a Saturday evening. The place was not busy but people were coming and going. I tried the Pavarotti and it was pretty good. The shop is warm and cozy and has enough space inside to comfortably enjoy your ice cream with your loved ones. They also have enough parking space and a patio which is cool and is open during the warmer months. All in all it's a good ice cream place to visit.

My ice cream tasted great but not a 30 minute long wait great. I was able to get some outdoor seating with fair ease. If the line isn't too bad, going here is a great option but it is mildly overhyped.

This has been a regular spot for us for years. Great ice cream and really nice building/outdoor seating areas. The staff is friendly and keeps the line moving. Considering how busy it can get, we always are able to find a seat.

Great selection of unique flavors of ice cream. They also serve coffee. I have only tried the ice cream so far. I got the vegan oreo ice cream. I love that they have dairy free options. However I thought it was a bit pricey considering the amount of ice cream on a waffle cone. Their indoor seating area needed some cleaning as well. The outdoor seating area was nice and spacious. Perfect for taking a group of friends.

Always saw long lines so wanted to try it to see if it’s worth the hype. Good selection of flavors and indoor/outdoor seating. We went with Pothole, Pavarotti, Turtle Latte all packed in to a pint and shared it. Hack: Get a pint with 3-4 scoops ($11.40) vs. getting individual scoops ($5.10). Thank me later! 😎

Oreo sundae was pretty good, can't go wrong with hot fudge, cookies and cream, and whipped cream. Would've been nice to have less whipped cream and more ice cream. Service is fast, and prices are ok. Lots of options so I can't wait to go again!

Ice cream part melted when scooped. Chocolate dipped cones a fun twist on a traditional waffle. Ambience is fun with great outdoor space!

The ice cream is absolutely delicious and all homemade. The line was out the door when we arrived but was totally worth the wait, and it went fast. It also has a really quaint outdoor seating area perfect for a beautiful summer night.
