Really great food. Lots of vegan and gluten free options. Loved the burger, very juicy. Loved the curry vegetables though they were super spicy, they were delish! These two plus an iced tea was $25 but I get it's a co-op ;)

The remodeled Creamery is inviting and comfortable. The dinner options are varied and appealing. I ordered the tacos. They were savory with a perfect portion. Can't wait to try everything on the menu.

Thanks to a post by Molly Johnson a few months back about Brussels Sprouts with Sambal and peanut butter, I've found the new love of my life: the Co-Op Creamery Cafe. I can't remember when I've last had such a unique, well-prepared, and DELICIOUS meal. This food is art, people, but not hoity-toity, fussy, don't-touch-me art. It's art in which you can fully immerse yourself and come out transformed. Exaggerating? Barely. Go see for yourself...and take me with you.

Amazing food. Love this neighborhood cafe! I do wish their coffee was a bit fresher, though.

Delicious gluten free options! We went while our newborn was in one of the hospitals nearby a couple years ago. My husband was even surprised that he couldn’t tell the food was gluten free! Well-priced for what you get!

I love the co-op, and the cafe did not disappoint! Went with a kiddo on a snowy Monday when it seemed like everything else we wanted to do was closed. She got hot chocolate and grilled cheese with fruit, and she gave both two thumbs up. I had a glass of sparkly along with the fried tofu bowl. If you prefer massive portions and having leftovers, you may think the meal is overpriced. In my opinion, you get what you pay for in terms of great quality food made with fresh ingredients. Clean, welcoming environment and friendly, helpful staff round out the experience with a solid 5/5 stars.

To me, this is one of the neighborhood's gems. The menu is great, prices reasonable for excellent organic food, and the service is always friendly. I've had meetings here over coffee/tea as well as dinner dates. Their happy hour burger+fries+beer special is fantastic (you can sub greens for the fries or wine for the beer). It's order at the counter service, and the food is delivered to your table. Workers are paid a living wage, so there's no tipping. Definitely recommend!

Great food, friendly atmosphere. Prices include fair wages, so no tips needed. The french fries are great, I have a hard time coming here and not getting them. Service is reasonably quick which makes it good for families.

What a bright cafe with creative eats! The patio is simple and relaxing, with a secluded feel, despite the busy-ness of Franklin Ave. The menu is fairly extensive, offering multiple options to please everyone you're with; including all day brunch, vegetarian options, and food inspired by various cultures. As tempting as everything sounded, I ordered their fried chicken sandwich, and I was elated by my choice! Not only was it loaded with bacon, cheese, and guacamole, but it was topped with veggies and a sweet potato bun. All these components contributed to the best chicken sandwich I've had in a long time; don't forget to ask for ranch for dipping! I also tried a part of their black bean burger and fish cakes. Although I wasn't as thrilled by these menu items, they were still good. The quality and freshness of Seward's ingredients is obvious when you see the vibrantly-colored plates and taste the oh-so-satisfying result. VERY reasonable prices, exceptional staff, great environment inside and outside. Perfect low-key neighborhood joint to grab a bite while digging into a book, diving into some work on your computer, or catching up with friends and family. Can't wait to come back and try more!

Good food, the tres leches cake was far better than others I've had, still heavy but lighter than others. Our breakfast dishes were beautifully prepared and delicious. They food was seasoned a little less than I'm used to but that allowed the fresh local ingredients to shine. A little pricey but the quality reasonably justifies the price.

So good. This is a co-op so you can’t complain about the price. (though the price is super reasonable) Quality of food is great. Whatever meal you get will fill you up. I got the fried chicken kimchi bowl, and had a bit of the stack of pancakes. Pancakes are really flavorful, hard to find pancakes that actually contain flavor and don’t need to be drowned in syrup/butter to achieve that. The employees were kind. Their cold brew was some of the best I’ve had. I will definitely come back to try more things.

A little pricey but definitely worth it. The chicken sausage breakfast sandwich is absolutely delicious and full of fresh ingredients that leave you feeling energized and ready to attack the day. Also has a nice little outdoor seating area between the cafe and the co op. I'd definitely recommend stepping in for breakfast/ lunch or just a coffee next time you are at the co op or in the area.

Ever since the cafe was reopened, it fits the neighborhood much better. The food is amazing and the prices are good for this stingy diner (me). The curried vegetables are spicy and delicious and filling and only $6. Everything I've eaten here has had incredible flavor and good portion sizes.

Really good food, reasonably priced, in a clean, uncrowded space. They pay their help a fair wage so no tipping is expected. This is a great spot to eat if you wish to converse with your companion in normal tones.

We live just a couple blocks from here and love how community focussed it is. We are always greeted with a smile and it's nice to see the same faced from both the workers and people in the neighborhood. The prices can be high but they have great vegan and veg options so we go here often. Good study space too with a great salad bar and sometime great hot bar

I enjoy coming here for coffee and to do work. They have self serve drip coffee (Peace Coffee) and and bright, open space. The food always looks and smells good but I haven't tried it...yet. The outdoor space is nice and in front of an incredible mural.

The food is great, it's very laid back, and it's kid friendly. Some people complain about the price, but the Creamery pays its workers a living wage and there's no tipping. A great concept! So keep that in mind if the prices appear higher than expected. (Oh, and free live music on Saturday nights)

This place is great! The vegan soup was amazing. and the atmosphere is cozy without being too close for comfort. It's a great place to just stop and have coffee and a pastry, or to have a real meal. Do it!
