We always get pizza here! One time, they gave us an extra 20" pizza for FREE because we requested pie cut and they accidentally cut our original order in square cut by accident! 6/5 stars!
I place an order if I’m at my parents house and have a craving. I’ve been eating this pizza for almost fifteen years now and I’ve never had a bad pie. Just sad that I don’t live in the area anymore otherwise I would be eating it constantly.
The pizza was good but way too much oregano in the sauce. It was overwhelming and it is all I could taste. Cheese and crust were great but that sauce needs a revamp. Staff was very nice and the pizza came out quick. I would eat it again but definitely not on my top 10 in the metro.

I dinged it for atmosphere because it's a takeout place; there's no real atmosphere, and that's fine.

This is now my go to place for pizza in SW Minneapolis. The quality and taste is always great. The garlic is plentiful (when you ask for extra). Delivery or ordering online. If ordering online choosing the “olive oil and garlic” selection gets you no red sauce.
Classic, delicious pizza. I used to order from there all the time and it's my fav pizza in South Mpls. Great, firm crunchy crust and great cheese mix. As others have stated, order it a little "well done" if you like the cheese a little darker - which I do. I don't live nearby anymore, so I often have withdrawals. Sad face.
I have been a patron of Lake Harriet Pizza for over 10 years. Every other weekend my son and I ordered the 20" pie for dinner. Any leftover would be had first thing in the morning for breakfast. Now he is grown with a family of his own he too want to share the Lake Harriet Pizza experience with them.

Great spot for delivery and takeout. The pizza is your standard midwest-style: lots of cheese, heavy toppings, and a tangy homemade sauce that has tons of tomato flavor. I like the Rebel and the Fire-Roasted Supreme. Buffalo wings are meaty and crisp, if a little on the mild side. It's very reasonably priced for the area it's in and delivery is quick and friendly.
Had my first Lake Harriet pizza yesterday. I eat a lot of pizza and this was the best pizza I've had in a long time, maybe ever. Great crust, generous toppings and a sauce with just the right amount of zip. I will be back again.
Wow! Before you order your standard, favorite or usual combination, try out some of these pies. The tomato sauce does not come in a tube - it actually has tomatoes in it. The sausage comes in big chunks, not cat food size pieces. It isn't spicy, but has a kick to it like you expect with sausage. If you love real mozzarella then you will find plenty of warm gooey goodness at Lake Harriet. Delivery within the estimated time, pizza was hot. Yummy

Best pizza in Minneapolis by far! I only ever order cheese, and they have it down pat! It is a tiny little pizza shop with no seats inside, they do have some outdoor tables if you are in the mood to lounge. They always send out coupons for a $1 off in the mail, and I always forget to give it to the delivery guy because he never asks. It's the $1 off coupon that never ends! Delivery is always fast too.
Superior pizza. Nothing better. Any other pizza in the Twin Cities should bow to this pizza. They can suck our toes! So they say. Allegedly.
