Excellent service, wonderfully fresh coffee and hot tea, they make your tea bag to order. The best scones I have tasted in America and I should know cause I'm a Brit lol

Espresso could have just got off the boat. They pull their espresso just like back in the old country. Got my vote for best espresso in MN.
Good all-around. French press & cold press--my 2 favorite ways to drink coffee--are standards at The Beat. The barristas are knowledgeable and friendly. There is also a good variety of quality non-coffee beverages--fantastic tea blends (herbal, green, white, red and black), smoothies and sodas (canned and handmade).
Outdoor seating and free wi-fi make The Beat a natural place to relax or work.
One of my favorite coffee shops in uptown, the hospitality is second to none. This location is very spacious, good WiFi so it’s a great location for studying. Delicious coffees and seasonal drinks and I’ve even ventured onto the sandwich menu. Parking is available in the back but there’s also street parking.
amazing place! the barista (his name might have been niles?) was very welcoming and gave great recommendations. loved the chocolate milk cold brew! great space with many plants and cute trinkets and mugs. would love to go again!

This was a very busy cafe. The line to order was kind of confusing, no one really knew where to stand which was kind of weird. However, the coffee and breakfast sandwich I had were very good. It’s in a great location on Hennepin close to the uptown transit station.

We ordered some simple catering for a small work event. I was so impressed with how cordially and quickly they corrected a mistake I made in ordering, and how easy the whole process was. This is the FIRST coffee shop in my entire life that a coffee-to-go container ready to go when I walked in instead of having to wait even though I ordered ahead. The muffins and coffee were very delicious. I was also really proud to get to share with our guests something special from our own neighborhood.
Perfect place to work! The housemade chai eggnog drink was incredible. Wifi was strong and it wasn't loud in the middle of a Thursday.
Laid back little coffee shop with a good amount of seating and chill music. This is a great place to grab a coffee and get some work done or talk with friends. Parking can defintely be hit or miss since it was busy when I went so I just parked further down the road and walked since it was nice out.
The lady who took my coffee order displayed this cheerful personality and had great customer service. Lately, I just haven't noticed good customer service being displayed, but the two workers working today just put off a good vibe that made me feel welcome so it was nice to see this. I went with the chai tea latte and it was absolutely refreshing on a hot day. The spice was subtle and didn't overpower the drink. There was a nice balance between the sweet and spice that made it a great chai tea latte.
Very good Coffee Shop. We visited this shop before continuing our drive eastward and it was worth it. The shop has a wonderful appetizing smell of fresh coffee and good food cooking when we walked in. My son ordered a Breakfast Sandwich that tasted great. I had Drip Coffee with a Chai-Tea Pecan Scone. COVID Safe Guidance is followed, everything is very clean and the staff are very friendly. I would eat here again if I'm in this area.

The order with your phone at your table works well as a touch less option. I’m not super tech savy and even I easily ordered and paid on my phone with no issues.

A very relaxing coffee house with good coffee ofcourse. There is outdoor seating to the sides, the place also shares parking with a few other businesses in the parking lot behind it. Street parking is free but hard to find an opening sometimes. There are live performances on Fridays. I only wish it was open a little longer.
Surprisingly quiet in the morning, great place to think and work. Nice location in Uptown, but just off Hennepin so it's not so noisy. Friendly, slightly aloof staff.
Good coffee, we tried decaf capuchino and decaf latte. Both were done perfectly. We will come back for sure.
Just moved to uptown and found this gem! Super chill atmosphere and of course great coffee. Will definitely be coming back!
I was cold and in a bit of a grumpy mood when I walked in the Corner Coffee caf.on cold snow day. But was met with a wonderful smile and one of the most authentically friendly baristas I have ever met. She turned my day around. The coffee was great too!

Love this coffee shop! Great coffee and a lot of tea options. They have good wifi and are usually quiet enough if you're looking for a coffee shop to work out of. Parking is a little tricky - gotta rely on street parking but usually streets around have a few spots. Highly recommend for a chill spot to read / get some work done / get a nice bev.
