even though I came in and did just about everything wrong .I didn't read any signs I was standing there talking to my friend and I just walked up and ordered. we had the one love special and I had bone-in chicken. oh my God the ranch hot sauce was perfect I did not expect that flavor so light on the ranch flavoring and strong on the spice. the bone-in chicken that I had was so moist all the rib bones just fell off! even the unique grape soda that I had was awesome. ONE LOVE!!

It’s a vibe here. The young lady with the green pants is super accommodating. She helped me to the table with my food and water amongst other things because my hand was full with a newborn. Im sure that’s her way of being period. She’s the best. - DJ Khalid voice. I sat in here for an hour. I ordered curry goat 🐐, rice and peas. The cabbage was pickled. Very different from what I’ve tasted before. I loved it and it makes them stand out because it’s unique. The chef and/or owner asked how we enjoyed our food. I said good and he said welcome home. I appreciated the welcome because we don’t have Jamaican food in Saint Cloud. Please open a store there. I haven’t had Jamaican food since December of last year in another state. I would come here every chance I get to to dine in and support. They’ve had traffic non stop. The staff is diverse. Blessings on blessings.

The food here is so delicious. I’ve been going nearly since it opened and the consistency has been top notch: good value, solid selection on the menu, perfect for rainy days/summer days/sitting outdoors and eating on the bench on the sidewalk. I honestly can’t think of a bad time to eat this. The chicken is abundant, the curry goat is meaty and amazing, the oxtail is fresh.

Delicious and authentic Jamaican food. Super fast and fresh. The plantains are a MUST try! They double as a dessert. The braised ox tail was savory, rich, and the sauce was amazing. The Jamaica pastries were also hot, fresh, crispy, and flavorful. Amazing for takeout and catering. They have an open garage door to let in fresh air from the street.

I didn’t snap the best pic but seriously you get a bang for your buck here. I tried the chicken curry and it was phenomenal. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was my first time trying Jamaican food and I loved it. Will definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

I had a wonderful time here. I saw someone eating the oxtail and I knew I had to have to and what a treat it was. I spent almost an hour savoring the bones and then ordered the jerk chicken and beef patty to wash it down. I seated myself outside ,the weather was perfect and some locals gave me company, which is always a plus especially when you are traveling alone.

The food is excellent, as usual, but it became pricey. The pickup location on Nicollet is a bare minimum cold room with a few rustic tables. I’ll go back, but there are many other similar restaurants that I will try before that.

I love, love, love this place. I’m here on a Sunday night and the music is so amazing. I don’t think people know how incredible this spot is. The best jerk wings and music. Stephanie made us feel at home and I will be back a million times.

The food was very delicious. Things felt overpriced for eating out of a cardboard box, and there was nobody staffed at the counter for a long period which led to some confusion. Overall though, I would go back for the food. I think price will be an issue for them long term as they will compete with fast casuals.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is on point. I love that they have different sauces based on how spicy you like it. Variety in preparation is great too.

Pimento truly is a staple for authentic Jamaican food. I visited on a day when they had fried fish as the daily special. The fish had crispy skin and a juicy interior packed with flavor. The One Love Special contained spicy jerk chicken, pork, plantains and coconut rice. Everything was tasty and it had plenty of heat too (did not take away from the experience). I will have to sample the rum bar on a future visit. Pimento Jamaican Kitchen is solid and worth a visit for great food and atmosphere.

Date night for some Jamaican cuisine! We made reservations for the Mpls location, and they have an awesome patio space. My husband had the jerk pork and I had the jerk chicken, both were delicious, but the pork was more moist. The spice level was enough to make our noses run, but not too spicy that we couldn't enjoy the flavor. Great rice and peas, which are my favorite. We'd definitely go back, the service was fast, I don't think we waited 5 minutes before our entreês arrived.

The food is so good here. There was no wait. The best Curry chicken I’ve tasted so far at a Jamaican restaurant. The food has lots of flavor. You get a large portion of food. This was my first stop when I made it to Minnesota. I always like to eat at Jamaican restaurants when I visit different cities and states.
