Reviews Dunn Bros Coffee

I love the coffee at all the Dunn Bros --- and, as someone with a Dairy Allergy --- LOVE that they offer a dairy-free mocha (the other chains often have dairy included in their chocolate). This particular Dunn Bros isn't my favorite though. The seating is nice and the coffee is great - but the service was lacking personality. The "independently owned and operated" demeanor prevalent in other Dunn Bros locations doesn't seem to be as readily present at this location. As an example, I walked up and placed my order - but there were no "how is your day?" or even eye contact with the person taking my order or handing me my drink. Between customers, the cashier would sit down and read a book??? Really? As a business owner, that irks me. Are you telling me that everything has been cleaned? All the tasks are complete? All the shelves are organized? There must be something to do. I wouldn't want to pay for someone to read a book. Anyway - if you like Dunn Bros, you'll be happy with the quality. If you have grown accustomed to the small-town feel and personality of other Dunn Bros locations - this may not be your favorite location.
