Staff does a great job of keeping things moving. Coffee is always hot and fresh. Bagels are great. Only one slight piece of advice, stay consistent with your cream cheese spread. Depending on who is making your bagel, it can be the perfect amount, a measly hint, or a whole container.
This Caribou is one of the best! Fast, friendly and the employees take time to learn my name and make a connection within their community. What a great amenity to have for the office! Makes my day every time.
Whenever I go in to get coffee or a breakfast sandwich the workers there are always genuinely friendly and put a smile on my face with their trivia. I have never gotten the trivia correct but I have always felt happy to pay the full amount after playing. I really enjoy their worker bios on the wall too, they are fun to look at while you wait for your coffee! Whenever I pass the store there are always at least two customers in line so I imagine it's a busy job but they seem to always handle it well and keep up a good attitude. Caribou in general is not my favorite coffee chain, but this caribou is my favorite place to stop in to get coffee before work! Thanks for being so nice!
Had such a great experience here after my ortho appointment. I accidentally forgot to specify that I wanted my drink cold, so I received a hot matcha. The barista gladly remade my drink and never once made me feel bad about it. She even told me to keep the hot one! Totally made my day.
Friendly and prompt service. There is a decent amount of seating available inside and just outside the store.
This is honestly the best caribou (IMO) downtown. The staff are super amazing (beyond your typical barista). I feel like at least Zach really makes an effort to remember names and faces, which is super duper nice, especially as a regular. That's what earned my loyalty in the first place, I went once, he took my perks, Thanked me then I went back like 3 weeks later and he greeted me by name. Now that I don't work next door anymore I will be going out of my way a lot in the future just for coffee xD

Love their Chocolate Mint Hot Coffee. Good music. Nice atmosphere.
One time I came here and I ordered and as I was waiting for my drink I got a text message with some sad news. I tried to hide the fact that I was crying. When I went to get my drink, the employee handed me a ticket for a free drink and apologized and said he hoped my day went better. That gesture meant everything to me. I'll never forget that.
The staff is great and one huge reason I walked passed Starbucks every morning. I'd rather pay for great service.
Coffee is pretty much the same everywhere but the service here is what gives them 5 stars.
