Our pizza was hot, fresh, delicious & full of toppings. The Manager who waited on me was friendly. The issue is...There was an EMPLOYEE SMOKING WHAT SMELLES TO BE A CIGAR RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. So horrible to have to walk through that to get our food!!
We had an excellent experience with online ordering and prompt delivery. The driver told us he had inadvertently cut one of the pizzas a different way than we had requested and offered to give back his tip. Of course we didn't let him give it back, but were impressed with his sincerity about a detail with our order. We appreciate the dedication to excellence in every way.
Great pizza. Since I moved here I’ve been looking for my “go to” pizza place as the Pizza Hut in Colorado, where I moved from, was just OK. This is much better and I’ll be back! I always do takeout…..
The bread sticks were left out of my order and Chuck went back and got them. I’m sorry you had to come twice but I appreciate him doing that. The bread sticks are my favorite. Thank you!!
I had ordered Pepperoni Lovers several times from this location over some time and maybe I was ordering it wrong online, but didn't seem to be the way I remembered it (majority of pepperonis should be on top so they get crispy). Called and spoke to Robbie the manager, and he said he understood what I was looking for, and that he was going to make it himself to make sure it was made right. Came out perfect and exactly what I thought a pepperoni LOVERS from Pizza Hut always has been. Excellent customer service and execution from Robbie. Will be coming back more often. Thank you Robbie!
Hey everyone. Okay, so, I’m somewhat of a PH expert. I worked there a LONG time ago, but there’s way more connections I can’t get into here…but this was an absolute perfect Pizza Hut experience!!! The pizza was made just the way I ordered it, the taste, texture, and portions were excellent and the person at the counter was friendly, professional, courteous and accurate. I highly recommend using this location!!!

The wings were good but by the time you add it up... they're very expensive. I could have went to most of the high-dollar restaurants in the area and got a better price and even better wings.
Also I hate their ordering for pick-up. You talk to a call center and not the actual place. Being in a place that I'm not that familiar with... I asked a question about the location... the person on the phone didn't know. Turns out it was the right place... but I wasn't sure till I got there.
Another issue... she said I had to buy the blue cheese dip. I almost canceled then but just wanted food. Said forget that because it was 99 cents a packet. I figured I'd just grab a bottle at the store. Turns out she was wrong and they gave us plenty with the order. Had they not... it would've been my last pizza hut order
Everything this corporate brand would want. Carry out / delivery. No dine in. Ordered five pies. Corporate call center person accepted their "online only" coupon. (They were difficult to understand, but OK) Said the order would take 15-20. We showed up 14 min later. Took one minute to pay. Lady went to the back, grabbed our pies, and we were on our way. Order was correct. All in the fam loved their food! I could take off one star cause I burnt the roof of my mouth, but that's not really fair.
