I ordered an ice cream cake online for a pickup date about a week out from when I initially ordered. I showed up at the time I had scheduled online to pick up the cake. I was told by the lady working that she didn't have an order for me. I showed her on my phone where I had confirmation and it was for the right location and date/time. I was about to panic. She was quick to take charge of the situation and do everything in her power to make it right. She was able to get the cake that I ordered ready for me...I just had to give her a little time. I was happy to oblige. I gave her the 2 hours she said she needed and returned for the cake. The cake was beautiful and DELICIOUS. I really appreciated how the employee handled this situation and even though my experience wasn't without a hitch, I'd still use them again and recommend to anyone looking for an ice cream cake. The professionalism she showed and her willingness to resolve the issue was great. Please let your employee BEE (as listed on my receipt) know that I really appreciated her. ❤️
Atmosphere was very positive, employees make you feel welcome to the business.
Celebrating my sons 4th Birthday while on vacation and he told us he wanted an ice cream cake. I ordered this cake weeks in advance and tried to make it as close to his construction theme as possible. On the note section I asked them to make it as construction themed as possible and possibly make a traffic cone out of gel icing. The person who made this went above and beyond! The moment I saw it I couldn’t quit smiling at how good it was and how he was going to love it. He did in fact love it and it made him so happy! Just wanted to show my appreciation for the person who made the cake and how they did such a good job.
Just the way any DQ should be. The ice cream is great and the service fast.
Very nice employee at this Dairy Queen, actually enjoyed the service at this Dairy Queen, and my wife and I will come back to this location because of the friendliness of Brandon! Miramar Beach location.
I can't brag enough on the general manager of this store and his staff. My daughter and 15 of her friends ate there (and all loved it!) last Friday night, but she left her wallet in the store. She didn't realize she'd left it until we were almost home (8 hours away) from our beach vacation. When she called, the general manager, Justin Crawley, answered and said his staff had found her wallet intact with all the cards and cash and had secured it for her. He even offered to ship it back to our home for us! What above and beyond service!! When I'm back in Miramar Beach, I'll be visiting this store again!! HUGE thank you to Justin for saving us the headache and heartache of losing all the contents of her wallet!!
Stopped in to DQ as we were riding around looking at the Destin area. Nice smaller DQ but very clean, they did have a small problem with their restroom it was out of service other than that nice area to sit and watch the shops around the area and all the people walking from the homes near bye. Staff very friendly & Cheerful. If we return to Destin again will visit your DQ in Destin.
Very quick service even when busy but goodness...be ready to pay higher than at normal DQs. 9.99 for a medium blizzard. Wowzers.
The prices are high but I can say that they put plenty of toppings in their blizzards. The location was decent, it was walking distance for us.
It's a little pricy, but you are on the beach. Otherwise, it's Dairy Queen and great ice cream.
Cashier was overly friendly and greeted everyone. Other staff was mostly teenagers but worked ok
Staff were nice. Store was clean. The ice cream tastes good quality too. But it's kind of expensive. Most fast food places are nowadays. They just started selling chilli cheese dogs. No french fries yet.
