Got a chance to meet the district manager this morning he’s very professional, well mannered and efficient. I got a chance to complement him on his staff, I’ve been coming here since the store opened and the service has been magnificent, food on point, clean environment and quick service. Why they don't have donuts in the afternoon confuses me. HOWEVER!!!!!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST BEST BEST MAKING DRINKS!!!!!!!! Sorry the picture doesn't do it justice cause I took a sip of it !!!! The whole time is friendly, caring professionals!!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! U WONT BE DISAPPOINTED 🥰
Box of black coffee and 2 dozen donuts is great for the office, meetings, morning events/gatherings. Not sure if they are under staffed but they were quick to take my order but I waited longer than what I expected and I went after 10am. Other than that everything was good.
Quick, fast and very convenient on the go. The staff was tremendously friendly and extremely helpful when it came to navigating the Dunkin rewards app. Fair prices, great service and a short wait, I am definitely not going to complain. It's places like this that I wish Google offered the ability to rate in half star increments because although it's not the best place I've ever been to I feel like four stars isn't doing it justice.
Ok. Yes take outs. Well first cup 🇺🇸 cafe coffee had some grains 1st one. She did give us another ones. Otherwise cafe ☕ is tasty. Good location. Near turnpike. Near offices. 🏢 too... 😃 ✌
Fresh donuts and hot coffee, just what the doctor ordered. The difference? Our server Gabriela. Friendly and warm with a great wit and smile. If only all Dunkin Donuts employees were that way!
Great crew, they made a mistake on my order, came back and they fixed it - at no charge. Sometimes only the drive-thru is open depending on the time, and although franchise food is pretty consistent, these folks add an extra touch to make it taste better.
It was fine. It was Dunkin. Laughing. The lady helping me was friendly. The donuts and bagels were as anticipated. The store was about like a Dunkin store usually is. Not overly clean but not bad enough to send me running in terror.
Great bagel and even better coffee! Easily accesible on Miramar parkway (57 ave). Fast and friendly customer service.

I thought it was only fair to come back and edit my review on this Dunkin. Since this review (last year) they’ve gotten soooooo much better. My orders are always right. The drive thru is still quick and it actually seems like they listen to your order now. I’m thoroughly impressed with the turnaround. I had spoken with the management quite a few times so I’m hoping the message got relayed to them. Even if it didn’t, whatever management is doing, is working. This is still my go to Dunkin.
Every single day I come here they get my order wrong. I tell them exactly what I want and they repeat it back and they still get it wrong. One morning I went there and they messed up my orders 3 times in a row. Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure why no one knows what toasted coconut swirl is...because sometimes I get toasted almond shot. When I show them that my order is wrong, they tell me that they don’t have toasted coconut, but I tell them that I just got it here yesterday. Then they finally realize they rushed and made a mistake. Management, please get your staff together because this is the closest Dunkin to me and I would hate to have to go out of my way because people don’t simply listen.
The people who work here are friendly. They are also great at their jobs. This is the best Dunkin I have been to. The place is clean. The food is cooked properly and the drinks are made well. There are other Dunkins near my house, like less than a mile away, but I drive almost 5 miles to go to this one.
